Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mandeville

I had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place is very homely, clean, spacious, and secure. The community is nice, quiet, clean, and friendly. The air is fresh, and clean. The neighborhood is good for walks. The view is good, easy access, and convenient to market, and stores. The host (Maurice) is very informative, and a very good tour guide. He is a people's person, and very helpful. He tends to your every need. He climbed his trees, and picked fruirs for us. You can eat out of his backyard (Coco, Escallion, Peppers, Soursop, Banana, Mangoes, June-Plum, Apples, Fever Grass, Avocado).

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The pictures on the app don’t fully capture its true beauty. Since my husband is from the area, we especially appreciated the familiar sounds of the rooster crowing at dawn and Caribbean music drifting from the windows of a neighboring house—a nostalgic and heartwarming experience. The host thoughtfully arranged for a local guide to assist us in finding the estate and personally escorted us into the gated property. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was more than I expected! Very big house and large spacious rooms. The shower in the master bedroom was my favorite. Overall the place is well kept and close to town. The street was a bit busier than I anticipated but nothing too crazy. The house is set up to ensure the guests are safe. Plenty of door locks, gate locks , grilled in windows and cameras around the outside of the property. I really appreciated how communicative Ms Charmaine was and she made sure I had everything I needed. If I had a request, she jumped on it right away. Definitely look forward to coming back soon!

Timothy is a responsive host, extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful property and super safe and secure. My second time booking this property and hands down, this is my favorite stay in Mandeville.

My family and I found Sheri’s place to be ideal for our needs. It was perfectly located for easy access to all areas of Mandeville. Sheri was always available and quick to respond to any requests. We truly appreciated the fruit spread upon our arrival and her generous offer to provide us with some of our favorite local items. Sheri’s place has become our go-to home away from home whenever we’re in the Mandeville area.

Keisha is a lovely host. Very responsive. Finding the area wasn't really easy, my GPS could not find the place but Keisha provided directions. The place was clean, water pressure was low despite the water pump but hey that's common in Jamaica most times. The bathroom is tiny which might not be a problem for most people I think for me it was unusual since I have huge bathroom. The house was hot, even though there were fans. In all the cottage was cozy, the place was private, and a bit secluded in my opinion a plus for me. It's still a quick drive into Mandeville. The internet worked great and that's a plus. Would I stay again? absolutely! She rented a Kozy Kottage and that's what we got.

Very beautiful new built house as an extension to another. Whilst it could be hard to find, upon booking you are sent a video of how to get to the video after arriving at the school, which makes it incredibly easy. I felt very comfortable there and was welcomed with open arms. The lady there who was the aunt was very friendly and attentive whilst also giving us our personal space. Whilst it is a very quiet area and there isn’t a lot to do in the town, for a getaway it is perfect. Definitely a very reasonable price for what is provided. They also cook food if you need it which was very delicious also. I would definitely stay there again with no second thought.

Amazing amazing amazing!!!! 👏🏿 me and my husband just got married and wanted to be closer to his hometown and have a mini honeymoon. I swear this place was exactly what we was looking for! it was clean and spacious. Security was very nice and the pool was fun!! when I come back to Mandeville I will book with her again it's a MUST 😊

Quick with responses and very lovely to speak to. The place was exactly how it shows in the photos, in fact. The photos doesn’t do the place justice. Everything was very clean and organised. To my surprise there was a big patio which I believe is the only big patio in the entire building with lots of seating area. Lovely to have a meal outside with the breathtaking view. Bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in. All ac in all rooms are working good. There is a superstore(Megamart) literally next door. Not even a 2 minute walk, which is convenient. They also have hot food restaurant. Honestly one of the best places I have stayed, will definitely be back.

My husband and myself had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and a beautiful view. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Both host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our experience even better. Kurt and Sheron were always facilitating to our needs with so much warmth and kindness and we thank you. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

Natalie’s place was really nice n clean. Wasn’t that hard to find and it was quiet n cozy. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending this spot to others. She was also very responsive and I needed up checking in very late.

I loved it here for it being my first time in Jamaica I could not be more happier I definitely will be booking here in the future and recommend it to all my friends

If you are looking for a clean, beautiful, peaceful and private location, this is it! Calvin is literally the best host. He really does make you feel at home. The whole process was very hassle free. This place was breathtaking and worth the money! Very quiet, stunning view to wake up too! I wouldn’t say the beach is exactly walkable it quite the climb but the pool was nice and the staff was friendly! Bought some jelly from the security at the gate which saved me a trip to the town. But I definitely recommend this spot and I’ll be back!

Christina's place provided everything! Great hair dryer, well stocked kitchen and fresh linens. The cleanliness of the floors, bedding and towels really made it such a relaxing and comfortable place, with amazing views. Loved the beach 🏖️ Very clean and great for swimming. Cannot wait to return soon!

I had an amazing stay! The host was very communicative and even helped me with my birthday room decorations. He also offered assistance with finding a driver when I didn’t have one. The unit looks even better in person—though the pictures are already great, they don’t do it full justice. It smelled so fresh and clean inside! The location is perfect—close to everything in Ochi. We had unlimited snacks, my favorite rum cream, and bottles of water provided. It was truly an amazing experience! I can’t stress enough how helpful the owner was. I will definitely book again!

We had access to a stunning private gated beach where we spent so many beautiful moments. The beach area had everything we could ask for—great food, good music, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The scenery was breathtaking, and every day felt like paradise. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. They made us feel right at home and were always happy to help when we needed anything. Even after check-out, they kindly let us leave our luggage for a bit longer, which was a huge help. We had such a good time here—it’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and authentic Ocho Rios experience. I stayed with my family at this great location. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and the pool is stunning, not too deep. Everything was perfect and Charles was a great host. I recommend this place whether is for singles, families or couples.
