AMAZING home. Brand new, beautiful views, very private and quiet. Internet worked great for remote work. Highly recommend hiring Isabela for cooking. She cooked us some delicious meals and helped keep the house spotless. Host was very responsive.

Definitely a very comfortable and beautiful place a few steps from the beach. Clean and tidy environments. Mateo was always attentive to the questions that were asked. I felt right at home.

It takes me an excellent experience with my family. We enjoyed an excellent vacation thanks to Stephanie and Edgar. The place is super amazing and very good waterfront location. There is access to everything, the apartment is 10/10 and the best part is that the beach practically had it for us. It's an experience that is definitely worth repeating again. The accommodation is excellent, with everything you need to have a good time... in the area there are two markets, but they are not well-stocked, so it is recommended to buy everything you need before entering Vichayito as there are no stores nearby. The place is quiet, no noise, perfect to rest... from the road to the apartment there are 10 minutes on a secondary road, go slowly as it is not in the best condition. There are places nearby where you can eat if you don't cook in the apartment itself.

house- all you need for cooking, fans, cozy Bed(s), nice bathroom, clean, top view sourounding- quiet, on a small mountain to walk to the beach like 6-7 minutes, back to the house longer because you have to walk up. but nice workout or you go by Mototaxi. mateo and Adriana (house owner) are so nices persons, they response fast, are very helpful and are curious about if everything is fine. my girlfriend was sick and they helped us immediately in this situation. recommended 10/10

Last year I had already come to another apartment in this same condominium that was on the first floor and I definitely prefer this apartment of Rodrigo's, the view is very beautiful. Having breakfast, lunch and watching the sunset from the balcony is very beautiful, there is a minimarket nearby, in general I would come back.

We had a nice time at Mariano's house. Super comfortable, as seen in the photos and the location is perfect since there are not many people and we had the beach almost for us. There is the Aranwa within walking distance of the condo and you can have lunch or dinner there. Remember to bring repellent because there are quite a few mosquitoes. Thank you Mariano for hosting us and helping us with everything we needed.

Planning to book again in 2 months! Quality place, very nice apartment with well equipped kitchen, quiet but effective AC for when it gets too hot. Its on the 3rd floor so has very nice views . Host was easy going and on hand for any questions. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos actually so that was a nice surprise. The apartment also has a large washing machine which came in handy as well as things to take to the beach. The complex is very nice short walk to shops, La K, Antica etc. What is also conveniente is that the motoaxis stop outside for trips to Pocitas, Mancora etc.

It’s a beautiful place, My family and I really enjoy our vacation time, it’s very easy to access to the beach, Eva was very friendly and nice she text me All the details and information we need to know.

The house is just like the pictures, the layout of the space is very good, it is quite ventilated and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and very comfortable. It's a beautiful condominium, with a very family atmosphere where you can enjoy a lot with peace of mind. The Airbnb is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to eat inside the house, but there were also very good restaurants very close by and at good prices that Patricia recommended. Very close to the beach, just across the street, very easy to find with the references they provided. It's a place I would definitely go back to with my family. We all left very happy. Communication with Patricia was very good and constant, always ready to help.

Valeria's place is fantastic. The location is perfect. The apartment's views are amazing, and there are two people always ready to help you with anything you need. We had an amazing family weekend, we'll definitely be back.
