Wi-Fi is available almost everywhere, so nothing stands in the way of working from home. In the well-equipped kitchen you can cook for yourself, but there is also a good restaurant in the village.

Nevertheless, you are in a few minutes in Ingolstadt (city border south 3 km) or on the A9 motorway (5 km). Our two dog girls are happy about petting and are lovely roommates (unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable for dog allergy sufferers or people with fear of dogs). The apartment has a separate entrance with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and private parking. It is a basement apartment but with windows to the garden and thus also daylight. It is located in a very quiet area. Eichstätt and Neuburg are each 15 km away. Wi-Fi available with 100 Mbit Laundry can be done on request

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
