Our home is set on the city boundary just 8 minutes from the City Centre, 5 minutes from Palmerston North Hospital, 15 minutes to Massey University and very well positioned for walking, tramping and biking tracks around the Manawatu . Our modern home is on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open countryside with great views to the windmills and just outside the apartment, we have a lovely Highland cow named Toffee who shares the paddock with some Wiltshire sheep, an interesting self shearing breed.

Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

It is suitable for single or two individuals, couples, or families with children.we allocate the price to the number of guests.

There is small kitchenette with a microwave, jug, toaster and tea, coffee and a small selection of cereals. Plenty of off street parking with room for bigger vehicles and trailers. You may meet our big fluffy cat, crazy chickens and our friendly sheep.
