Don Gilberto is an excellent host, his apartments are in a central and privileged area in the capital Managua, the apartments have everything you need and make you feel like you are in your own home.

Cozy 2BD apt near center managua

The location is perfect, these are close to supermarkets, shopping centers and easy access to public transport. Victor gave me a private parking lot near the apartment, which was magnificent. The apartment has a garden where you can and was perfect for enjoying the sunset and working a bit there. Victor always responded quickly to my messages. I loved everything.

Two comfortable armchairs, each covered with a light gray throw, are positioned in a welcoming living area. A small cabinet is visible beside a microwave, complemented by a waste bin. The space is brightened by light-colored walls and ceramic tile flooring.

Our stay was great. It is a place that complies with everything it offers.. Don Ricardo and his wife doña Karla and their children are too warm, make one feel like at home. I recommend it a thousand x thousand .. it is a place that is very centrally located, impeccable facilities. Very satisfied with choosing Open House for our vacation ❤️ we hope to be back soon🫶🏽… Thank you very much Doña Karla and Don Ricardo x everything.

The best place we've stayed in Managua for the price. Great apartments with everything you need including secure parking. Exceptionally clean. Very reasonably priced laundry service which can be difficult to find. Family friendly! Great communication and even better personal service. I will stay here with my little family everytime!!

An excellent place to rest, very quiet, a perfect neighborhood, a very nice space, very aesthetic.

Casa Alma: Countryside Home

Staying at Casa Alma during our vacation in Nicaragua made our trip that much more enjoyable. The house is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. It's located in a more secluded area which was exactly what we wanted. Roxana is an excellent host and always responded in a timely manner. We look forward to booking Casa Alma for our next trip!

Casa Altamira Exclusive cozy

In the future when I need to stay in Managua I will be staying here again. Its a nice peaceful place in the city. Ricardo was also very helpful with changes and I greatly appreciated that.
