it was an awesome place for the whole family. The pool was clean and the person that takes care of the property was very tentative. I will book again when I come back next year.

Very cool. I felt right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, the apartment was well distributed and very cozy to spend time with the family, very quiet and the barbecue was a dream. I loved it and enjoyed a good barbecue. I recommend it and I'll be back.

What to say about this place, it's so quiet and so beautiful. I felt so relaxed these days, in addition to the area that is very quiet and full of nature. Nel se porto super linda and accessible xon us all the time, plus its coffee harvest is excellent. In case of traveling to Nicaragua again, we will not last to return to this place ❤️✨️

This house is a hidden gem, is located in an unpaved road but safe surroundings also the house takers are next door if you need them, easy to find and the host Silver King always went the extra mile to make sure we felt at home and comfortable, the house is huge , great sofas , excellent kitchen, beautiful pool, bedrooms and beds very clean and confortable , a huge plus it has hot water and air conditioning. Just make sure to leave them off when going out very fast to cool after you come back. Is not in the center is about 30 to 40 mins to the airport due to road construction but easy to find with the instructions and location sent by Silver who will be waiting for you at your pre determine arrival time. Close to restaurants and food also close to a supermarket, just use google maps to find them . Over all it was an excellent stay and we can’t wait to come back .

Salvador accommodated my families special requests to help us feel more safe and secure. He even let us check in a little early which was very helpful. And he left a few water bottles in the fridge which were delightful to have upon arrival. Salvador did provide extra towels in each bedroom which was nice to have. Body soap was provided in each bathroom which is appreciated. He left salt and sugar for use in the kitchen which was also appreciated. The blankets and beds were comfortable. There’s lots of neighborhood cats and dogs which the kids loved to see. The A/C units were amazing and very luxurious to have at an extra cost.

The house is super cute and comfortable! It has absolutely everything you need for a stay, María José is super attentive and very cordial. 100% Recommended We loved our stay at his house.

the actual house was two doors down. we believe that somehow airbnb got the listings crossed. somebody else rented the house in the pictures. its a GREAT neighborhood with everything walking distance, including a liquor store, bbq place, convenience store, breakfast spot, etc. the AC worked well.

Coming here was such a pleasant surprise- I thought it was one bedroom and it was three with two bathrooms, huge kitchen with everything and a lovely patio in back with shade and two trees where we strung our travel hammock. The neighborhood felt safe and there was great wifi and incredible service and attention form all involved from check-in to check-out. I'll recommend this place to anyone looking to find a nice oasis and feel at home (if you're westerner especially). Laundry machine and everything you need to do washing makes it extra awesome. Hot showers. Any questions or issues- immediate resolution. Its the team on the ground that I can't say enough good things about. Im at airbnb host and having someone like Eliza to make sure things run smoothly is absolutely essential. We moved to smaller apt last days that is next door and shares same back and front patio and didn't hardly hear them or see them. Thank you all (and Marvin, hope to meet you in person back home)! Safe, pleasant, beautiful place, with everything necessary for a stay like at home. it was clean and tidy.

We stayed with my family, a very safe environment with a lot of surveillance, Jesenia was always on the lookout and I send Maria very nice and kind. I came up with an unexpected but they fixed it at the time, we would definitely stay with her again. The house is very clean, quite spacious and cozy!
