This loft apartment with capacity for 2 double beds, equipped kitchen and its private bathroom, spacious, bright, at the foot of the sea, located in an almost private and family area, with a lot of nature and a general view of the entire beach of Santa Marianita, ideal for families with children...and for them ( up to 12 years)..the pool and outdoor games.. I accept pets according to size breed and behavior and extra cost. I don't allow parties. Especially for oceanfront sleeping and hearing its sound.

ATTN: Ecuador Black Outs. We have a generator for our guests and satellite internet to make sure our guests can be comfortable. Our apartment is located in a private gated urbanization that currently hosts a few homes. It is on the second level, where fresh air from the ocean welcomes you. Both main bedrooms hosts your private balcony and the third loft opens to another balcony for sunset views at your comfort. You are 200 meters away from beach access that leads you to the main town strip.

The house is located on top of a hill in Comuna Cadeate, 5 km away from Montanita (Surf Paradise). Overlooking the ocean, you will witness amazing sunsets and enjoy the sound of birds, waves & quietness of nature. The beach is at walking distance and the mountain allows you to do biking, hikes or walks. Nightlife is only a few minutes away. You can find affordable restaurants, bars and clubs. This space was really great. It's very accessible to the beach and many places to eat. It is also very private and was extremely clean. I will be staying here again in the future.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the beautiful place of Mercedes and Carlos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the area feels very safe. Mercedes and Carlos are wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I would happily return!

The suite is as shown in the photo, in a safe and quiet development. Communication with Andrea was 10/10 and very friendly, always willing to help. The only recommendation I have is that if the guest goes by car, they can give them an entrance card for Garita, for everyone's comfort (Andrea kindly gave us one because I requested). We hope to be back soon.

Excellent place, it is just as in the photos and if you cross the street you are already at the sea, highly recommended for couples or just two people as it is small

This place has it all! The location is great. Perfect for long-term stays! Located right next to the main street, the bus station, and taxi stand. The downstairs tiendas and daily fresh fish market have all that you need if you prefer to stay in and cook for yourself most nights. Jorge is an extremely attentive host! If any issues do arise, you can rest assure knowing that Jorge will respond promptly and work quickly to resolve the issue. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with the place. We stayed for 2 months, and after everyday, we felt like we were returning "home" for the night. The upstairs roof terrace was the icing on the cake. I was up there every morning with my yoga mat. You can just see where the horizon meets the sea. The ocean view and the revitalizing breeze make this rooftop a daily tranquil paradise <3 A must stay if you are looking to settle in, and spend some quality life in tranquilo Olon!
