Both main bedrooms hosts your private balcony and the third loft opens to another balcony for sunset views at your comfort. You are 200 meters away from beach access that leads you to the main town strip.

The house is located on top of a hill in Comuna Cadeate, 5 km away from Montanita (Surf Paradise). Overlooking the ocean, you will witness amazing sunsets and enjoy the sound of birds, waves & quietness of nature. The beach is at walking distance and the mountain allows you to do biking, hikes or walks. Nightlife is only a few minutes away. You can find affordable restaurants, bars and clubs. Also can take paragliding and surf lessons, or go out to enjoy artisan pizza, tacos and churros

My place in this beautiful small town is located right in front of the beach, which guarantee an breath taking ocean view from the room. It is a rustic minimalist cozy villa full furnished ready for you to enjoy!

Close to shopping malls: TÍA, Supermaxi and Paseo Shopping; even pharmacies, veterinarians, churches (evangelical, Catholic and witnesses), medical centers and various restaurant options. A few kilometers from San Gregorio University and La California Sports Complex. Manta Street itself has stationery stores, gyms and hairdressing centers, quiet and quite private.
