Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mammoth Lakes

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was kid friendly with games and toys already being provided. The house is in a great location, separated from town and super close to twin falls! We will definitely be back, hopefully winter time to utilize the ski in and out feature!

Nicely updated, very clean and well appointed condo. It was a great place for our family of four to come home to after a day of skiing.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was great. The place is super clean, updated, and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location—close to the mountain, with easy and convenient parking. Communication was quick, simple, and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Overall, we really like this spot and will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time in Mammoth and OMG, the location of this beautiful home was Amazing!! House was very clean and I would not look for a different placw next time we would love to come back here every other time!!

Can't say enough about the experience we had at Creekside!!! By far the nicest place we've stayed in Mammoth, and we've been renting in the area for 10+ years. The home lacks nothing in terms of amenities and comfort, and is decorated in a style that is both rustic and modern. There is an exceptional amount of space in this home and the kitchen and family room (with their vaulted ceilings) make it all feel even bigger than it is. The easy access through the garage was a "nice to have" while also providing a great place to stow our gear. My only disappointment was that I thought the Red Line had a stop close to the house (ie, at the rec. center around the corner) but apparently that route changed years ago, and this is no fault of the home or the host. Speaking of hosts, Anne (and her husband Ben) were extremely helpful and polite! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious mountain experience, and you can bet Creekside will be on our list of places to return.

Nathan is a great host and we enjoyed staying at his townhouse. Very convenient location for the slopes, restaurants and shopping. Easy parking next to the house.

This house has raised our standard of future airbnbs. Everything is the house is perfect especially the living room balcony covering the picturesque mountains and starry night sky. The hosts have precise set of instructions which are very easy to follow. There are 2 half bathrooms with one on the first floor next to the garage. The hosts have given some excellent restaurant recommendations in the handbook. They also have a pet bed for your furry animals. The location on old a Mammoth road is also perfect if you are interested in just walking to the recreation center as well. With an electric charger for cars and racks for skis, this house has everything. I would definitely check for it's availability when I visit the next time.

I really loved Julie’s place, you could tell that they took time and effort to make it a great experience, everything was thought out, I noticed. The location is perfect as well, you have an amazing restaurant literally a few steps away, as well as a grocery store and gas station a block or so away. Only about… I believe 9 mins away from the Mammoth’s Main Lodge, it really has everything you might be looking for.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway & family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided toys and books for our little ones, making the stay even more memorable . We had a great time .Thank you .

Wow! The view from the condo was gorgeous. We loved getting back from a long day of hiking, cooking in the beautiful and modern kitchen, and then enjoying the view as the sun went down. The central location was ideal. One day, we drove 35-45 minutes north to Yosemite via Tioga Pass, and the next day we drove just over an hour south to hike Big Pine, the Patagonia of California. Incredible! I loved the clean, modern feel of the condo that was also very cozy. The beds were super comfortable, too! Abigail was so friendly and responsive! I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is cozy, clean, and incredibly convenient. Liz was amazing—very clear with her instructions, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. We felt right at home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

Theodore was amazing. No host replied this fast! I was looking for a place at the very last minute but he answered all my questions at like 11 pm, and he was so helpful. I really thank him for that. The interior was really outstanding. 💖 Theodore made sure the place was warm and cozy before I checked in. I had places that didn’t really warm up, but this place.. my God. It gets hot lol I actually had to lower and lower the heat to stay warm! Big TV, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, nice indoor jacuzzi & dry sauna! The jacuzzi was like bubble bath.. 🛀 I don’t know what’s in it, but it made my skin so soft. In summary, if this place is available, you gotta grab it. 😎

Mandi & Steve’s place is great! It’s walkable to two grocery stores & many restaurants. It’s quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Access to the hot tub is perfect. PS. If you go to Roberto’s for Mexican food, ask for the flour chips.

Great little cabin in Old Mammoth! Traci was super responsive and nice, and we were stoked that it was very dog friendly. Place was dated, but in a cute way (vintage cabin vibes), and totally spotless. As other reviewers have mentioned, both the shower head and the shower pressure are low, but that was no big deal for us. Bed was super comfy and the kitchen/bathroom had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great weekend in Mammoth! The place was literally steps from the village. So easy to get down there for food and the gondola to the mountain!

The cozy cabin definitely lived up to the name! Felt right at home from the moment we arrived and was a great place to relax after a long day of snowboarding. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook on our next trip back!

We had a wonderful spring stay at Lauren’s place! Even though we arrived just after Canyon and Eagle Lodges had closed for the season, getting to Main Lodge was no problem at all. The area was quiet and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. While it might be a bit busier in the winter, we can easily see this being a great spot year-round. We’d definitely stay here again in any season!

We loved our stay in Mammoth at Brooke’s condo! We frequent Mammoth (usually stay with friends) and now that we have a baby, we needed a place to stay on our own. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Also great location, walking distance into the village. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent vacation condo, filled our needs well. Even though there were only 2 of us, we wanted a high lofted ceiling for natural light and airiness and Courcheval was perfect. We didn’t even use the 2nd floor bedroom or extra loft space, but it would be very nice, if needed. Clean condo with everything….comfortable living room and king-sized bed, kitchen well-appointed. The personal BBQ was an added value, instead of having to walk to a public BBQ….got to eat rib eye, chicken, and salmon at our own prices, as the town has become pretty expensive to eat out. Hot tub was good, though maybe a little TOO hot….however, it’s uphill and you also have to climb stairs to get to it. Tip: we parked the 100 yds. closer to the bottom of the stairway and just climbed from there. Hint to staff: lowering water temp about 4-5 degrees would be fine! Extra value enclosed garage, although with a full-sized truck we didn’t try to shoehorn it in at an angle…just parked in front.
