Enjoy relaxing days on the Höri peninsula in a pleasant atmosphere. The small cottage is located on a quiet street, about 300 meters from Lake Constance & the beach. The sunny garden is fully fenced & is therefore also suitable for families with small children. Many beautiful destinations such as Stein am Rhein, the island of Werd, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park are nearby. Electric cars are not allowed!

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

This beautiful 2-room apartment with separate entrance in the basement of a newly built single-family house in Wangen is in the immediate vicinity (2-minute walk) to Lake Constance. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as the old town of Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen (CH) or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park etc. are nearby.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

This beautiful, quiet and cozy apartment with private entrance and private terrace in Öhningen on the beautiful Höri peninsula consists of a living-dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a large, very well-equipped kitchen including entrance area, a hallway, a small room and a private, large terrace facing south, overlooking the garden, which of course can also be shared.

Lake house "BEIJA-FLOR" - Lake Constance cycle path & lakeside

With our vacation home «beija-flor» we have fulfilled our dream of living on the water and André, architect by profession, was finally able to realize our own project. We bought the house in 2023 and then lovingly renovated and with a lot of our own. The name is inspired by our last big trip to Brazil, and it says, “hummingbird,” which kisses the flowers.
