A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Train connection 4 km away in the neighboring town and then in 15 minutes in Munich. The apartment is quiet with a small outdoor area. It has a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed and one bedroom (1.40 m bed). Bathroom with shower. Windows in every room. A dishwasher and microwave are available. Towels and linens are included.

Small (about 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The apartment, renovated in 2018, is on the first floor and has a bedroom, kitchen-living room, shower room and terrace. It is 24 m² and is 200 m from the Maisach S-Bahn station. You are in Munich city center in 34 minutes by S-Bahn. An S-Bahn train leaves every 20 minutes. A parking space in front of the house is available. We live with our three children in the house, so there is always something going on!

Our accommodation is located not far from Lake Ammersee in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in the Ampermoos. Public transport to Munich is a half an hour. You'll love our place because of the modern architecture in an old listed farm with large garden. Our home is good for singles, couples and families with children.
