A cozy home for 2

In-law apartment with about 34 square meters in a detached house, where the owners also live. Extremely quiet location, since there is no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min. walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min. walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min. walk to the city center of Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and doorknobs are regularly disinfected.

Home Monika - beautiful and calm flat for you

Ländlich gelegen in der 5-Seen-Region (Ammersee, Starnberger See, Pilsensee, Wörthsee, Weßlinger See), unmittelbar zur Nähe der Kreisstadt Fürstenfeldbruck. Ruhiger Ort mit gut bayerischer Wirtschaft fussläufig erreichbar. Zuganbindung 4km Entfernung und dann in 15min in München. Wohnung liegt ruhig mit kleinem Außenbereich. Sie hat eine Wohnküche mit Schlaf-Sofa. Daneben liegt das Schlafzimmer (1,40m Bett). Bad mit Dusche. Auf Wunsch kann es täglich frische Hühner- und Wachteleier geben.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
