The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. Hinweis zum Oktoberfest: Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit ruhigen Nachbarn. Deshalb beherbergen wir keine Partygruppen. Leider nehmen wir aus diesem Grund während des Oktoberfestes nur kleine Familien bzw Pärchen auf. Unsere charmante und gemütliche Wohnung bietet eine moderne Einrichtung mit stilvollen Details - sie ist der perfekte Ort, um München und seine Umgebung zu erkunden. Von Maisach ist man mit der Bahn in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von München.

Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
