Vacation rentals with a patio in Mameyes II

There isn’t enough great things to say about this place to truly describe how wonderful it is !! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Also the host is excellent! Communication is excellent. Super kind and truly cared. We had a flight delay and the host Rebecca stayed up and in contact until we were safely checked in. But the check in process was so thoroughly explained and a breeze. Rebecca truly cared that my Family and I had a great time celebrating my Mom’s birthday. Gave great recommendations and checked in with messages. The location is awesome - the view of the resort is very beautiful with a lot to do and a great restaurant called Roots on location. Also El Yunque is awesome! So much fun. Luquillo is hands down one of the best beaches I’ve been to with calm waters. The Amigo grocery store is close as well with a lot of great options for groceries. This place is literally my favorite Airbnb and as stated before the host Rebecca is awesome and communicates thoroughly. Thx!

I loved the place, I plan to come back in a few months with the kids.

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

Such a wonderful stay! Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was a treat, and the unit is close enough to town that you can still find stores/restaurants within a 5-ish minute drive. I personally didn’t have a car so I took Ubers most of the time-- they do come out, it just takes a while. If you need to use Uber, the pin “Calle 3 & Calle 8” in Rio Grande works best. Joanna is an incredible host, very responsive and communicative, and she has recommendations for laundromats, stores, etc if you need them. My job is remote and I found that the wifi worked great, but phone calls weren’t always the best quality, probably due to the location. If the window slats are open and you’re sensitive to mosquito bites like I am, Joanna can close them from the outside for you to keep bugs out (for the most part). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

Our Family of five had a great stay. This unit was exactly as described, clean and very near the areas we wanted to explore. We appreciated the gated entry with security on staff at all times. The kitchen had everything we needed for the at home meals that complimented our dinners out. The 3 bedroom—4 bed setup was exactly what we needed. Great beaches nearby (there’s a closet in the unit that has complimentary beach items ), El Yunque was an 8 minute drive and Carabali Adventure park just a few minutes more. Short drive to Luquillo kiosks and the drive to the Ceiba Ferry for our trips to Culebra and Vieques was only 30 minutes away. And a picturesque drive to San Juan was still very manageable. Proactive communication from the host was great and responses were very fast.

Excellent place to stay. Spacious and clean. Definitely recommended. Great host.

Was an amazing stay at an amazing place. If you are a golfer do not miss this opportunity.

Our stay here was perfect, from the moment we booked until the day we left it was absolutley amazing. The house was super clean, provided ample linens and had the necessary utensils to cook with. The pool was perfect and always clean and refreshing. The neighbors were great, even our morning roosters grew on us by the time we left. We would absolutley book again with Lee, it was totally worth it. We had a party of 7 and we were comfortable. The property was surrounded with gates and beautifully landscaped. We always felt safe. We wish we could have stayed longer, definitely looking forward to booking again!

Very friendly and great with communication

I was quite impressed with the location the views from the roof are amazing there plenty of activities to do in the Airbnb. We enjoyed the time that we spent in the Airbnb. I wish we could’ve spent more time. We spent a lot of our time touring the island back-and-forth to old San Juan, returning to the Airbnb was very relaxing only negative for me is that I spent a little time there!

Staying with Joel was a pleasure. The location was perfect, very accommodating and provided great local tips. The house was fabulous for our group. Big and clean. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. Joel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended. We’d love to stay here again!

Daniel & Ana were very responsive. We had a few hiccups but things were taken care of promptly. The location is not on maps so there is only longitude and latitude used for directions, which after understanding it’s in 600 acres of private land it made sense. The big brown gate was easy to use and created even more security and privacy. It was great with lots of trails in the facility next door that does horse back riding, forest atv riding, restaurants, and more. We were fortunate to have bumped into Daniel and he took us on a quick ride into the acres of the estate. Incredible! We will most definitely return. Also note you are in horse territory, so there are stables everywhere including down the hills of the estate. They are all private residences so vacationers should be respectful of the people taking care of the horses. Our only minor bummer were noseeums. Mosquito spray was provided - you are in a rainforest - but honestly we didn’t have many. Definitely would recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed for a family getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. We especially loved spending time together as a family in the pool—it was the highlight of our trip! The setting was quiet and perfect for unwinding, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to disconnect and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape with loved ones.

Definitely will recommend you to come and enjoy your stay at Susette’s bnb. She was very helpful and very friendly when I needed her assistance ! Everything described for the listening is exactly how it looks but even better in person . At the night you hear the lovely sound of the Coquis from the motherland of Puerto Rico & I cannot forget the neighbors where beyond nice and very welcoming . The place is ideal for family. Very close to El Yunque. Living room doesn't have AC so could be a bit hot in the summer. Bedrooms have AC. Roosters can wake you up early.

Looks exactly like the photos. Phenomenal views of both the beach and rainforest. There are 3 balconies (yes 3!) the one right off the kitchen was my favorite, bc it’s an end unit, you can see the ocean if you turn your head one way and beautiful rainforest/mountains if you turn it the other, zero obstructions. The pool on the property was well-monitored and the building staff enforce wristbands (diff color daily) to make sure non-residents don’t use the amenities. Never a risk of not getting chairs. We took two different trips to the rainforest bc it’s conveniently located about 10 min away (horse back riding, ATVs, GoKarts, restaurant) they have something for everyone there. Ample restaurants in the area. This was the first AirBnB in which I will likely go back, it checked all the boxes. The host was incredible and responsive. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable, nice location, nice pool, beautiful beaches in the area. Luis was very responsive and recommended nice places.

Beautiful place to share as a family, the apartment had all the comforts and was fully equipped. Miguel was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be back!

Spacious beautiful view of the ocean. I will stay again.

This was a 10/10 stay. Beautiful home in Rio Grande that was able to comfortably fit 6 people in this space, had the listed amenities, with tons of extras. The Check-in / Check-out process was smooth and Jennifer was a responsive host! The home is in a great location close to many shops, beaches, El Yunque & More! Will definitely be back.

Carmen was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs during our stay. The place was beautiful, in a nice neighborhood, and is the ideal place to stay during a trip to Puerto Rico. Lots of local restaurants around. Beautiful scenery and amenities. It was cozy and had everything we needed to feel right at home.

Playas del Yunque is a wonderful community for families who enjoy being outdoors and walking distance to the beach. This apt has been beautifully remodeled and its open floor design lets everyone share and come together. The apt is unique since it is a garden apt with 3 bedrooms while such apts. regularly only have one or two rooms.. The terrace faces a green area with ocean view. The apt has all the basic things to make your stay be comfortable and fun. Would definitely stay here again!
