Family-friendly vacation rentals in Mameyes II

It was a great place to stay for a few days before our cruise. Absolutely beautiful views! Great amenities in the condo. The property was a bit confusing and our driver couldn’t find “cluster 2” and we had to ask a few people for directions. Also hard to get any food delivered. We walked to the main hotel (through the golf course) and ate there. Food was great, but expensive!

The house is perfect, same as in the pictures. There is a golf course right behind the house and the view is beautiful. There are lots of activities nearby - beach is 5min drive and the Rainforest is 15min drive. The house has a well equipped kitchen and a fresh grocery store within a 10min drive. We were able to cook nice dinner for 2 days during our stay. There are also nice restaurants nearby. Overall the stay was very good and we would definitely stay here when we visit again.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

We had the most wonderful family vacation staying here! Bri’s place is beautiful, perfectly appointed for our needs, and eating breakfast on a patio looking out on the rain forest cannot be beat. Rio Mar is well located for easily checking out San Juan, hiking the rain forest, accessing supermarkets and great restaurants, and the all time highlight of being close to so many spectacular beaches. On top of all of this, the Rio Mar resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and using a golf cart to access this massive resort. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The place was beautiful, one of the best airbnb i ever stayed. Views were breathtaking apt better than the pictures. Place was spotless🤩. Kathy was the best host ever. Even do she was in Peru she never stop communicating. We were very grateful for everything! We are returning 100%!!

Paradise! There were extra sheets, pillows and blankets and an airmatress, which worked out perfect for our family of 4.

We had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico. Jorge is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and was responsive and attentive to all communications. Beach had some debris but that may be expected. Water was beautiful.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1st half of our trip and have to say we loved the location. The views and ocean breezes every night were amazinng. Security was always very friendly and helpful, making us feel very safe the entire time. Would definitely recommend. Although stayiing on the 19th floor is incredible, just be aware the elevators stilllll do not stop at odd #floors.

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

We had an amazing stay at this beach apartment! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the ocean with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the waves. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 100% would stay at Patty's place again! Immediately we all were struck by the cleanliness and beauty. The patio directly overlooks the ocean and the breeze it creates is stunning. Patty was incredibly responsive and super friendly, with excellent recommendations, you feel her love for Puerto Rico immediately. Everything we needed was there! (boogie boards, beach blankets, bags, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and more). Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around, everyone we met was super nice and had a great vibe - same with security guards. Driving from airport was easy (we had been nervous for it, but no need) the couple streets into the condo were very narrow but not busy, so easily manageable. Drive to El Yunque was also much easier than we anticipated - as well as drive to Fajardo for Hacienda Chocolat tour and separately our snorkeling excursion to Icaco Island. Thank you Patty for an amazing week of memories.

This is the best spot on the island and Bertha is the best host. We always feel so welcome and the location could not be better: literally on the water, you can walk miles of beach from the house (at low tide). You can walk to the kioskos, and you are close to El Yunque and OSJ. All your cares melt away when you are laying on the hammock listening to the waves.

Great place perfect location near the ocean and less than 50 feet from the resort pool. Well appointed even with a bit smaller space my family of 6 found space to crash at the end of adventures as well as play games and enjoy food brought home from the great restaurants at the main road entrance. I would gladly stay there again close to rain forest the beaches San Juan and a joyride away from many things PR has to offer. Hosts were great and super responsive. Overall great stay!!

We attended a wedding at the Wyndham Resort but it was booked full when i decided to go. this air bnb was cheaper & in the same gated community! the gates & the door locks themself made us feel very safe & comfortable especially coming back in the late evening. Jose’s guide was very clear i had no trouble finding cluster 2. He was quick to respond & super helpful. the space was perfect & the bed was actually pretty comfortable 😄

Never met Lee but the host was very helpful for anything we were looking for . From food the fun , shopping and comforts I would differently come back here

Our stay at Victor and Dora's place was excellent. The condo was just what we expected. The proximity to the extremely quiet beach was exactly what we hoped for. The neighbors and complex personnel were friendly and respectful. Victor and Dora provided a lot of information regarding things to do in the area, and recommendations for shopping and dining. We were happy to enjoy the perfect weather, beach, and peacefulness of the location. Every inquiry that we had was answered quickly. It was clear that Victor and Dora cared about helping us, if we needed assistance. While being close to the beach and quiet were our priority, we were very close to groceries, pharmacies, and some very good restaurants. Being just over thirty minutes from the airport also made the trip easy. Overall, we are thankful for the assistance provided from Viktor and Dora and highly recommend their condo and them as hosts.

Book now! Glissette’s place is beautiful. Extremely clean and well taken care of. She is extremely organized and has thought of everything. Our kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys for the beach. Having access to the golf cart to get around the resort was helpful. The beds were comfortable. The patio was a great spot to have coffee and enjoy the views. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful place in a great area. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.
