Vacation rentals with beach access in Mameyes II

The condo is beautiful. The resort has the best pools and somehow no crowds M-F while we were there in late May-early June. Olga was great at communication and addressing problems. The resort is showing its age and could use some maintenance pumped into it but it is still a beautiful location and the beach is lovely.

The location was perfect! The house was as advertised and was what we needed for our time in east Puerto Rico. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay here at this Gem. Family had a wedding at the Wyndham and we opted for the space or Airbnb with small children. Great choice! Highly recommend. Host is very responsive and helpful. 5 stars ⭐️

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The pictures were accurate, we had lots of kitchens utensils and dishes. We appreciated the cooler and towels to use on the beach as well as beach chairs ( which we didn't actually need). The check in and out process was very easy and clear. We loved the views from the balcony and the quiet atmosphere of the community is unmatched. We also like the security at this resort. Communication was great with owners, we had a couple of questions and all were answered quickly and with a positive attitude. Would definitely book this condo again.

This is by far one of the best places we have stayed in our travels. The host was very responsive, friendly and went above and beyond our expectations to a couple of requests. They really want their guests to have the best experiences while staying at their home. I cannot say enough about how much they care about their guests!!! They really knocked it put of the park. We will definitely book this venue again. Thanks for everything!!!

Location, location, location! Beautiful spot that felt almost private at times. Enjoyed the benefit of staying on the Wyndham property from a privacy and security standpoint. Beach and pool were huge hits with the kids. Rainforest and Luquillo beach were minutes away. Tons to do! Main Wyndham property near by was nice to have for food. Sandra was very responsive while we were down there and gave us a lot of recommendations. View from the balcony of the beach and pool was stunning. Great trip!

It was such a cozy place 😊the crabs were so beautiful to experience. My family and I had a wonderful time, thank you Jesus and Yanira we appreciate the stay. ☺️

For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

Really enjoyed staying at this home. Very quiet neighborhood yet minutes from the beach and many restaurants. Would stay here again.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

The house is located in a great gated community. House is as pictured and very clean. Great pool. Close to the beach. We were able to drop off our luggages prior to check in time and enjoyed the pool while Jamira, the house keeper, finished cleaning the house which made our afternoon very relaxing! We will definitely stay here again!

Honestly one of my best stays in pr. Alexis responded quickly for anything we might have needed (which was only a hair dryer that he got to us within the hour). The place is exactly what it looks like and the area really gives a local feel which I love. lots of beach stuff available for use...there were plenty of recommendations that were givin for resturants and things. I loved coffee therapy breakfast spot its walking distance from the home. Big plus for me was the neighbor she is so welcoming and sweet always checking up on us I really appreciated that and shes one of the reasons I would stay again. Just to add as other reviews have said you will hear animals outside but its honestly apart of staying on the island especially in a local area it doesn't bother me much but nothing a sound machine cant fade out if other sounds bother you. Thank you again for making this such a great stay. I would definitely come back.

This is the best spot on the island and Bertha is the best host. We always feel so welcome and the location could not be better: literally on the water, you can walk miles of beach from the house (at low tide). You can walk to the kioskos, and you are close to El Yunque and OSJ. All your cares melt away when you are laying on the hammock listening to the waves.

Lovely place to stay. The highlight was truly the bathroom. Offered a great shower and tub as well, perfect for relaxing. The location is very walkable from different restaurants and nightlife and only a short drive from the Luquillo kiosks.

This was our second time staying at Dianne’s and we enjoyed our stay just as much if not even more this time because the area was more familiar and we explored the neighborhood way more this time. The area is extremely walkable, just outside the secured residential area you can walk to the downtown Luquillo area within about 5 min or in the opposite direction to the kiosks in about the same distance. Lots of really cute and delicious restaurants in the area, we went to Simple Food for brunch a couple times and Sama for dinner twice, it was so good! The big grocery store is literally a 2 min drive away. In addition to its great location, Dianne’s home is a peaceful retreat in a really quiet neighborhood with residential access to the beach, like a 2 min walk through the neighborhood straight there. We really enjoyed having our coffee in the morning on the back patio and watching the birds. The beds are comfy and the rooms clean and love the personal touch of the artwork in all the rooms

Great location, the upstairs neighbors were also extremely helpful in showing us the quickest way to the beach and the cluster's private pool.

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

I was so happy to find a place right on the beach. Beach is quiet which is always a plus for me. Natalia was very helpful in sending me suggestions of places to go and the best restaurants. Her home is clean and beautiful! Exactly what we needed. We cant wait to return!

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy the quick get away for my husband and I. It felt like home and was a such a beautiful place. the condo was immaculate and cozy. it was very convenient to some nice local spots.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.
