Sunny place in the forest, simple cabin in tureldorado

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great trips in Malvik-marka both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After a 5 minute walk through the forest you will meet Kjerkstien/pilgrimdleden and can hike along it into the fields or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

Apartment with private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and bedroom. Total 30 sqm. 2-4 beds: 120cm bed, with 1-2 mattresses on floor(90cm) if needed. Remember to have your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to rent bed linen/towels for 50kr each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash up kitchenware so that the dorm is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7 km away.

Cottage with a charming view!

Relax with your boyfriend or with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay with one of the best views and hiking opportunities! There is the bus stop at only 300 meters distance with frequent bus routes (bus number 70), it takes only 20 minutes to Trondheim and 15 minutes to Stjørdal/Værnes airport. Grocery shops such as Coop Xtra, KIWI and REMA 1000 only in 3.5 km distance, are located in the center of Hommelvik (use the ATB bus app). Note: Only 2+ days rental. Welcome! Sincerely, Oleksii 🙂

🏡 Velkommen! Her kan du nyte et opphold i rolige omgivelser med utsikt til sjøen. Kort vei inn til byen med bil. 👨‍🍳Leiligheten er relativt ny og moderne renovert, med alt du trenger. Kaffe og Tea. Smart tv med netflix etc på stuen, soverommet har tv med appletv. 🚗 Parkeringsplass i oppvarmet P-Kjeller. Tog/buss fra flyplassen tar ca 30 min. 🛏️ Soveplasser, 2 på soverommet, mulighet for og sove på sofaen og en madrass på gulvet. 🌅 I nærområdet er det flere flotte steder å gå tur.

Cozy apartment, good standard. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood Well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances. Ensuite bedroom with made up double bed. Sofa bed in living room. New modern bathroom. Towels available. Fjord view with gorgeous sunsets. Private furnished patio. Private parking space. 16 minutes drive to Trondheim city center, 23 minutes to Værnes. Bus stop 10 min away. The staff consists of 2 rooms, living room/kitchen on the first floor and 2 beds on the second floor. Toilet and shower is new, private entrance in the main house. No water is provided, there is a large water tank provided for cooking water. Micro, dorm stove and fridge. Coffee/tea is free. 25 min m/bus to Trondheim. 5 min walking distance to the center of Stjørdal, 2 km to Trondheim Airport Værnes and 500 m to train station. Can accommodate 3 persons w/mattress. Skogrand year 1918

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

Our apartment (approx 30 m2) have a combined well equipped kitchen and living room with TV, fast internet connection and two good quality single beds. The apartment also has private entrance, a small hallway, and a nice bathroom with washing machine. Be aware that this is a basement apartment, with lower ceilings. Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.

Very cozy studio

Very cozy and small apartment. New in 2022 and very high standard. 1 min from train and bus station and 10 min from Trondheim (Værnes) AirPort or 20 min to Trondheim Central Station. 5 min walk to city beach and trails with amazing view of the fjord. We have 2 frenchies and hens walking around in our garden filled with dahlias and cherry trees.
