The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

This is a peaceful accommodation in a 19th-century cottage on the edge of the forest. Wood-fired sauna. Fireplace in the large kitchen. Two extra beds in the kitchen sofa bed. Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

Approximately 15 minutes' drive to Kläppen ski resort, 30-45 minutes to the remaining ski resorts in Sälen and about 25 minutes to the start of the Vasa Race. In summer, there are also good opportunities to ride MTB on our nice trails and maybe take a dip in the heated pool Ärobadet, where there is also an outdoor gym, playground, sauna, etc. only 5 minutes by car.
