Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ideal und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reibungslose Kommunikation und ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This place was in a great location. There was easy access to various transportation, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. There was a wonderful breeze through the apartment. The only negative was the city was loud at night.

Amazing stay! Özlem is so friendly and welcoming and her house reflects that. Truly felt like we had our own place for a couple of days. Tons of cafes with great food nearby and nice hipster neighborhood.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this nice apartment! The location was perfect and Berk was very welcoming and helpful at all times!

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Hamdi abi samimiyeti ve ilgisiyle gördüğüm en iyi ev sahibi. En ufak sorunumuzda ya da bir şey lazım olduğunda hemen ilgilendi. Tatilden keyif almamız için elinden geleni yaptı sağolsun. Evde aradığınız her şey var. Konforlu ve mahremiyet imkanı çok iyi. Balkonu ve manzarası fotoğraflardan daha güzel. Heybeliadada tatil yapacaklara kesinlikle burayı tavsiye ediyorum. Hiç düşünmeden rez yaptırın.

Çok güzel bir konaklamaydı, evimdeymiş gibi hissettim. Yer resimlerdekinin aynısı ve evde tüm olanaklar mevcut. Yerin konumu çok merkeziydi ve kolayca ulaşım sağlayabildim. Hakan Bey son derece dost canlısıydı, sürekli ihtiyaçlarım konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Tekrar konaklamayı düşündüğüm yerlerden biri.

5 üzerinden 6 yıldız:) Daire çok zevkli döşenmiş, tatlı ayrıntılarla karakterli ve tüm ihtiyaçları karşılıyor, evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz. Balkon ve manzara müthiş. Burcu çok sıcak biri ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Kedi Luna bir lokum:)) Lokasyon çok merkezi o yüzden bayramda doğal olarak biraz sokak gürültüsü vardı ama rahatsız etmedi:) Bir çok kafe restoran ve markete çok yakın, büyük avantaj. Heybeli’nin en iyisi olabilir! Tekrar gelmeyi planlıyorum🫶🌸

Ev gerçekten resimlerdeki gibi güzel. Yataklar ve çarşaflar temizdi. Televizyon internete bağlıydı youtube ve netflix var. Keyifli vakit geçirdim gene geleceğim. Teşekkürler Mehmet Bey.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful, peaceful area. Hamed was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
