Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

It’s located as a part of a private villa (the apartments have separate entries, “below” the villa as you can see from the picture where the stairs lead to 2 doors) with parking, garden, and BBQ. The city center is 500m away along the promenade by the sea. Restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets nearby.
