Vacation rentals with a patio in Malia

Antonia’s apartment was so lovely & we had the best holiday. The view of the sea is beautiful & we were in walking distance of everything which was great! It was also easy to get the bus to other areas in Crete, and a cheaper alternative to renting a car! The pools are really close by too, which were lovely and had a choice of 4 pools to sit by. When we arrived, Caterina greeted us for check in, sent some fab suggestions for restaurants and attractions, and kept in communication with us throughout our stay whenever we had questions, very lovely and super helpful! Antonia is a really lovely host - quick responses, very friendly, and has a beautiful, clean and spacious apartment - exactly like the pictures! Thank you for being a fabulous host.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und total sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und die Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war immer schnell, nett und hilfreich. Alles war perfekt

Magnifique séjour, une vue époustouflante. Des hôtes très accueillant et adorable. Le logement est propre, conforme aux photos. Je recommande cette location ! Le restaurant en bas de la rue Gefsis est EXCELLENT. Je recommande fortement. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour accéder au logement. Une adresse que je garderais !

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden sogar um 2:00 Uhr nachts noch persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Pool war richtig toll und was auch toll war: Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut um den Pool. Wir hatten am Tag nach unserer Ankunft heftigen Sahara Regen und überall war roter Staub / Sand. Der Pool war entsprechend auch schmutzig und der Vermieter hat echt den ganzen Tag daran gearbeitet den Pool wieder sauber zu bekommen. So dass wir den Pool auch noch 2x nutzen konnten, bevor wir in den Westen von Kreta weitergezogen sind. Die Wohnung hat gute Fliegengitter, so das keine Insekten in die Wohnung können, außer durch die Wohnungstür. :D Es gab nur einen Nachteil an der Wohnung. Sie ist wirklich hellhörig. Also Geräusche kommen in der Wohnung relativ laut rüber. Wir haben zu viert in der Wohnung geschlafen, das hat schon ein wenig gestört. Ohrenstöpsel waren eine gute Lösung. :D

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einem spektakulären Ausblick. Es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Und die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und immer erreichbar.

We had a wonderful stay in Agia Pelagia. Host was very hospitable, responsive, and provided many restaurant recommendations. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos. We would stay here again!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Direkt am Strand. Blick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft, wir haben es genossen jeden Morgen da zu frühstücken. Das Auto konnte man problemlos auf der Straße abstellen. Würden die Wohnung jede Zeit wieder buchen ohne wenn und aber.

Super séjour dans le logement, propre de l'arrêt de bus, proche du port, etc... Très bonne communication et un nettoyage irréprochable, c'était très très propre !! Merci pour l'accueil.

We loved our 5 night stay here. Maria is a kind and helpful host who booked taxis for us and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished with a wonderful view of Spinalonga and the sea as other guests have described. We really appreciated Maria's thoughtfulness in providing milk, fruit, snacks, and wine. The kitchen is also well stocked with condiments and tea and coffee. It is a 10 -15 minute walk down the hill to the beach and gorgeous turquoise blue water for swimming (take reef shoes or thongs for the smooth stone beach though). Of course that also means a walk back up the hill with no shade... Plaka is a delightful, small village with great restaurants overlooking the water. Maria's place is such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. You won't be disappointed.

architecture remarquable et très bien pensée; les matériaux de construction sont de qualité et l'espace est maximisé. l'ensemble offre beaucoup de confort. Marilou est très attentive pour garantir un service irréprochable : beaucoup de produits fournis, entretien,ménage et changement de linge très réguliers. Nous recommandons fortement.

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!

Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem schönen Bergdorf – es war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Jeden Morgen haben wir auf der Dachterrasse gefrühstückt und die Ruhe genossen. Anfangs dachten wir, dass uns das Meer fehlen würde, aber das war überhaupt nicht der Fall. Wir sind richtig zur Ruhe gekommen – schon Spaziergänge in der Umgebung haben dafür gereicht. Eigentlich hatten wir vor, mehr zu unternehmen, aber wir haben die entspannte Atmosphäre so sehr genossen, dass wir es ruhig angehen ließen. Trotzdem waren wir mit dem Auto unterwegs und haben einige schöne Ausflüge gemacht, unter anderem an die Küste, wo wir tolle Restaurants entdeckt haben. Ein Urlaub, der uns in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben wird. Danke Marie und ihre liebe Mutter für alles. Liebe Grüße Simone und Michael

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

Great location overlooking the harbour. Vibrant esplanade with outdoor seating area to enjoy the ambiance. The apartment was in close proximity to public parking, shops and restaurants- 2-3 minutes walk. Spacious 2 storey apartment with a nice master bedroom suite upstairs and balcony and fully functional kitchen and facilities and second bedroom on the ground floor.

Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Villa war wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht: Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Gewürze, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, Teekocher, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfeln und vollständiges Küchenequipment – es fehlte absolut nichts. Der Pool war blitzsauber 🏊, die Grillstation perfekt ausgestattet 🔥. Besonders die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer 🌊 war ein echtes Highlight und sorgte für entspannte Momente. Auch Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum ❄️, moderner Fernseher 📺 und stabiles, schnelles Internet – alles funktionierte reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, mussten uns um nichts kümmern und konnten die Zeit einfach nur genießen 😌. Der Gastgeber hat alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet – von der Ausstattung bis zur Sauberkeit. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese wundervolle Erfahrung und kommen definitiv wieder! Absolute Empfehlung – 10 von 10! 🌟

Die Penthousewohnung für 2 Personen ist 30 min zu Fuss vom Zentrum von Agios Nikolaos in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Zu dem Apartement gehört auch ein eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Das Highlight ist die riesige private Dachterrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblich auf den Golf von Mirabello. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. alle Räume verfügen über eine Zentralheizung was in der Nebensaison hilfreich sein kann. Aber auch die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen sichert im Sommer Entspannung vor der Hitze. Wer keine Treppen mag, muss vor der Penthousewohnung nicht zurückschrecken, da durch den Lift alles barrierefrei und sehr bequem ist. Die Unterkuft bietet volle Privatsphäre, da sie exklusiv in der obersten Etage gelegen ist. Die Gastgeberin Marianthi ist super nett und antwortet sofort auf Anfragen. Ich kann dieses Aibnb uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Falls wir nochmal Urlaub in Ostkreta machen, werden wir versuchen wieder dieses Apartement zu bekommen.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé, à proximité immédiate de commerces et transports, tout en étant très calme. L’intérieur est propre, bien entretenu et très confortable, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’hôte est également très accueillant et réactif. Je recommande sans hésiter et y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Eleftheria, Gianni's wife, gave us a lovely warm welcome and gave us lots of useful information about the area on the first day. The flat overlooks the marina and so has a wonderful view. Perfect location, well equipped kitchen and would highly recommend. We had a great time in Agios Nikolaos.

Ένα πολύ καλό δωμάτιο σε ήσυχο σημείο στην άκρη της Χερσονήσου, καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο για κάθε ανάγκη. Οι διάφορες μικρές πινελιές το κάνουν να ξεχωρίζει. Το check in και out εύκολο και βολικό. Ο Βαγγέλης μας ήταν εκεί για κάθε εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενικός και ευχάριστος. Τα κεράσματα μας έκανα να νιώσουμε ευπρόσδεκτοι και ξεκίνησαν την διαμονή μας ευχάριστα. Θα κλείναμε ξανά το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο και το προτείνουμε.

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Logement très agréable avec son grand balcon. C’est agréable d’être reçu et d’avoir le petit déjeuner à disposition. Très bon emplacement pour pouvoir visiter la plupart des lieux incontournables. Je recommande !

Excellent location, very clean and large apartment Comfortable beds, good quality air conditioning that is adjustable in each rooms Provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby which was very helpful Few steps up into the apartment, but then there is a lift to get luggage up Beautiful view, unfortunately the balcony was out of action for our stay as they were replacing the railing with a glass one - this did make it a challenge to dry clothes, but hopefully wont be an issue for others. Kitchen is pretty sparsely equipped, though we didn't need to do much cooking. Would have been good to have some cupboard essentials provided that you don't want to have to buy like condiments, coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc.

I loved my stay, Georgia and her husband are the nicest of hosts and I felt like at home. The location is the best in Heraklion. 10 minutes walk to city center, less to nearby grocery stores and lots of restaurants nearby, several quite posh. I could see the sea from the roof top and the hot tub was excellent. 10/10 experience.
