Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. What we love about this house is the open concept. It's homey & warm. All furnishings & supplies (besides washer & dryer) are brand new as of May 2023. The neighborhood is safe & quiet, & the neighbors are friendly & keep to themselves. The house itself is centrally located. You get the small town feel, but are within minutes of the freeway. Boise is less than an hour away. There are several restaurants & grocery stores just across the river in Ontario.

Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway.
