We loved our stay in Giacomo’s apartment, it’s super modern but still very cosy and had everything we needed. It’s an excellent base to explore all that Lake Como has to offer being so close to public transport links. I would highly recommend, we had the most lovely holiday.

Clean , well equipped apartment. Great location , 2 mins walk to lake and restaurants and 7 min walk to station . Quiet and comfortable apartment . Bed was very comfortable , great after a full day of walking and sightseeing .The wine and biscuits were a nice touch too . Would highly recommend .

La maison est incroyable, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac, particulièrement magique la nuit avec les lumières. L’intérieur est très confortable, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de balades. Petit bémol sur la connexion internet, parfois instable — mais honnêtement, on ne vient pas ici pour rester connecté ! Les départs de randonnée depuis la maison sont nombreux, parfait pour les amoureux de nature. Et Lecco est à quelques minutes seulement, avec tous ses restaurants, commerces et commodités. On a adoré notre séjour, on repart avec des souvenirs plein la tête !

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Arianna! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten und wie hilfsbereit Arianna war. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei ihr nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Arianna!

Für 3 Personen ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon und eine Klimaanlage. Da die Fenster zum Hof gehen, war es abends und nachts sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und konnte uns immer schnell weiterhelfen. Parken im Hof nur für kleine Autos, aber kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz um die Ecke. Supermärkte zu Fuß erreichbar, bis zur Innenstadt / Bahnhof läuft man ca. 20min. Lecco ist sehr schön & perfekt für Ausflüge nach Mailand (gute Bahnverbindung), Bergamo und am Comer See.
