We absolutely loved the place! It looks just like the pictures—super clean and cozy. I was genuinely impressed by all the thoughtful touches Giovanni included: every kitchen utensil you might need, maps and local tips, beach towels, snacks, and even ingredients for a simple dinner. The bed and pillows were really comfy. I’m a light sleeper and usually struggle with noise or heat (I’m used to sleeping in a cold room), but I slept great here—no issues at all. The location is amazing—super central but surprisingly quiet! Just a 7-minute walk from the train station and the pier, and surrounded by restaurants, gelato shops, and cute boutiques. Walking along the lake in Lecco is absolutely beautiful. Lake Como has stunning scenery overall, but we especially loved the mix of calm vibes and lively evenings in Lecco—it felt peaceful and refreshing. Giovanni is responsive and clearly cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. He’s truly service-oriented and a great host!

Excelente ubicación muy próximo al lago y a la estación de tren. Muy práctico para moverse también a otros pueblos del lago ya que es muy rápido llegar al tren, bus o barco. El apartamento es excelente y con todo lo necesario. Muy iluminado, cama cómoda, baño y cocina muy cómodas. Recomiendo quedarse aquí!

Logement propre, très bien situé pour visiter le lac de Côme. Nous avons pu nous garer à proximité. Toutes les commodités à proximité ( le bord du lac est super bien aménagé). Nous avons apprécié de louer des vélos, à deux pas du logement..pour faire une virée vers le lac de Garlate. Je recommande vivement !

Lovely self contained apartment. Pietro was very friendly and quickly responded to queries. It’s about a 20 mins walk to the main part of Lecco but there are several local bars and restaurants and the river is 2 mins walk away. The fish restaurant across the road is very good - worth booking.

I had a great stay in Lecco. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It’s in a great location—close to the lake, restaurants, and scenic walks. The host was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The only small issue was with taxis, which can be hard to find in the area—so plan ahead if you’re not renting a car. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!

We had the best time in Veronica’s apartment in lovely lecco. Veronica and Ivan were just super hosts- so helpful and friendly. And they have a lovely suite to stay in. Thank you!

The views from the apartment are truly insane. Every window stayed open our entire trip so we could soak it all in. Rosa was very responsive especially when a landslide blocked one of the roads and she communicated an alternative route to reach the AirBnb. She also helped us out by sending us 3 taxi driver numbers when we needed a ride out of Bellagio. We enjoyed being a little off the beaten path in Careno. It was an easy walk into Nesso. FYI there is a dock at the base of Careno so if you charter a boat they can pick you up there. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Quiet, piecful location, beautiful view, all rooms are clean and tidy, easy communication with the owners, welcoming place, even a choclate treat waited for us :) perfect window covers so it was totally dark when we wanted to sleep weel. highly recommend!

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

Loved staying here in Perledo! The apartment was clean and had everything we need for our stay! Selena was extremely helpful when it came to trying to figure out the train disruption in Varenna. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

This is easily one of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Galit and Daniel were so helpful the entire time and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Check in and check out were both flexible and smooth. The apartment is nothing short of incredible. It’s beautifully designed and located in the most amazing part of the lake - Nesso. Nesso is pure magic. The apartment is located in a hidden oasis with a private pool only for residents that has incredible views of the lake. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast bei Massimo und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ausblick auf den See war super. Der Pool war ein weiteres Highlight, wir haben ihn gerne genutzt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, für Personen absolut in Ordnung. Die Parkmöglichkeit unter dem carport ebenfalls super. Den Sitzplatz im Garten konnten wir witterungsbeding selten bis gar nicht nutzen, schade. Ansonsten alles einwandfrei und klare Empfehlung.
