We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, it offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. There are beautiful animals, especially ponies that come to see newcomers. The owner was very responsive and contributed to the success of our brief stay. Thank you. We had a lovely stay! The location of the accommodation was a very pleasant surprise. We were just 5 minutes' drive away for beautiful walks in nature and we discovered Lizio as well as Josselin. Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

"Our holiday favorite" We had a great time at Jean-Yves's. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very pleasant to stay in. We loved having our coffee on the terrace in the morning in the sun. The decor is chic and elegant and Jean-Yves gave us recommendations upon arrival. The elevator and parking space are a little extra. If you are visiting the area, we recommend the small Thai restaurant 3 km away. My thailand. The green curry is delicious.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable and very well located near the port (barely 5 min walk). Everything was perfect… we even regretted not being able to stay longer to enjoy the place. So, we keep the address carefully because we plan to return.

Second stay for me in this cozy little accommodation. I'm always well received, Samuel is an attentive host. The apartment has a small terrace with a beautiful view in a very quiet neighborhood and residence, we are a few minutes walk from restaurants and the beach, which is very nice. This is the perfect place for a quiet vacation.
