The house mad3 of wood, spacious, very peaceful location, few step from the nice beach. The neighbourhood is good, but a bit empty in the night. Was nice stay for us.

I've been to a number of AirBNBs around Uruguay in the last couple years. This is the first one where we opted for a second booking. Natacha is wonderful. It is a beautiful home and we love it. The electric kettle lid is difficult to pop open, but beyond that, its hard to come up with any down sides to this property. It felt a little less private than the first time, as I think the neighbors have cleared some foilage on their property. But, all in all, this gem was just as wonderful the second time as the first! Excellent views. Very comfortable house, with everything you need and excellent amenities. It is located in a very quiet area. It has almost no neighbors and that gives a lot of privacy. At the same time, it is 10-15 minutes from the center if you are in a car. I recommend it and we'll be back! Thank you for everything, Martin!

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay in the apartment. The location is ideal, close to everything and the place was very clean, well equipped and just as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and quiet, perfect for resting. We want to highlight the attention of Nestor, the host, he was always available, provided us with everything we needed and was very kind from the first contact. You could tell he wanted us to have a good experience and that made all the difference. We recommend it and would definitely come back.

The apartment is very well located, close to the port and the center of the peninsula, everything can be done on foot. The view is beautiful! The building is very quiet and the people receptive. The place is amazing if you're looking to disconnect and relax. Very quiet, surrounded by nature, ideal for resting. The cottage is as shown in the description and photos, very cozy and well equipped. I recommend arriving in daylight to find the place more easily or carefully follow Federico's directions, which are clear but require attention. The host was always very attentive and responded promptly to all our questions or any issues that arose. We would definitely come back!

We stayed with my wife for 30 days. On the day of arrival we met Paola who was leaving everything impeccable, and she told us about how everything in the house works. We take all-day walks with peace of mind for the security of the cameras and alarm. The beach is one block away. It was my birthday and Randy surprised me with a postcard and a bottle of good wine. After three days in the house, he texted me to see if we were having a good time. When we couldn't connect the phone to the Smart TV, he offered to pay for two or three days until we fixed it; but it wasn't necessary. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Excellent host, so much so that God willing we plan to return.

The cabin is very nice with everything you need to have a good time. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The stove works perfectly and heats up quite a bit. It's the same property with three houses that share common spaces.
