A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. La Locanda dispone de cuatro casitas distribuidos en un jardín arbolado. Cada una de ellas cuenta con dormitorio, baño, cocina y jardín de invierno. Ubicada en una zona tranquila, frente al monte de de San Vicente y a pocas cuadras de la playa, a la que se puede llegar en 10 min caminando. Las construcciones son artesanales realizadas por Adri y Tato cuenta con interiores en barro y techo vivo, estos le ofrecen al interior buen aislamiento térmico y calidez. (En lugar hay 1 perros, 3 gatos)

The house offers a lot of comfort and privacy, which allows you to disconnect and enjoy excellent views and spectacular sunsets, being located in a unique point, without houses in front and with few neighboring houses (appearance that distinguishes it). With excellent sun exposure due to its north orientation, it has a heated pool, enabled from October to May 3 (28 to 30º) and a Nordic tub, which can be enjoyed throughout the year, as it has a wood boiler to heat the water.
