Come and enjoy this magnificent place, former horse stables of a family estate, fully restored in 2023. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a family room upstairs, tennis and swimming pool shared with the owners when weather allows: the ideal place for families and friends. 15' away from Clermont and Riom, you are at the heart of the "chaîne des Puys", a few miles away from Vulcania.
