Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Malate

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

This house is a home to guests. Ms. Jenah is super responsive. She welcomed us in our stay which I really appreciated. The towels and bed sheets are squeaky clean. They have complete utensils and appliances. Also my relatives who are from Cebu, Batangas and Pangasinan are delighted in our stay. Also the rooms have great air conditioning. We had an amazing 10-day stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic—very accessible to many places, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. We worked-from-home, and the WIFI is excellent, never disappointed us, it got to 300 MBPS. Everything in the unit was great, our one and only concern was the Shower, it didn't have a Mount. Aside from that, we Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay & a reliable Internet / WIFI connection. Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our one-night stay and actually wished we had booked for two nights. The place was clean, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong — all the essentials were spot on. A couple of small things that could be improved: we were only provided with one pack of bathroom tissue, which ran out quickly. It would also be helpful to have a few extra rags or cleaning cloths available for the kitchen area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again!

Had a great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully Japanese-themed—perfect for a relaxing break. Loved the peaceful vibe and comfy setup with lots of things to do (Online Streaming platforms, PS5 Console, and Board Games). Host was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

I’m giving Anthony 5 stars because his hospitality was the best I’ve ever received out of any airbnb in the last 10+ years. He would respond immediately to questions at 3am even, which made me feel bad. However, some minor criticisms of the building are that two of the elevators were down for most of my stay so it took forever to go up and down to the 54th floor. Also, the pest control spraying every two weeks is a little annoying for longer stays, but it is worth it because I didn’t see a single pest for my entire one month stay.

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

My partner and I enjoyed our time here even though we only stayed for a night. The place is very clean and cozy, and it feels like we’re in a hotel. I also loved the bathroom—it’s spacious and it smells good and it has everything I need. My partner and I would like to stay here longer if we could. We’ll definitely go back here 🤍

it was a short yet an amazing unit to stay at, The place is great and the host is responsive. overall a great experience we'll definitely comeback.but there is always a but the parking (pay parking) is quite expensive. hopefully there is a free parking nearby.

Great guy very easy to talk to incredible room a free massive water was left in the fridge. Always making sure my partner and I were good with getting around and all. One of the best places ive stayed and really enjoyed thanks Danilo the place you have is one to remember for sure.
