Great access from the airport Terminal 3 via sky bridge, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. Check-in was very easy; just provide guest information in advance, and the receptionist on the ground floor assisted the check in progress very smoothly. The in-room Wi-Fi was at a satisfactory speed, and I was able to watch Netflix on the Smart TV. Listings are equipped with a kitchen and dishes and are within walking distance to a large supermarket. The pool area is comfortable and has a tropical atmosphere. I would definitely bookmark this listing for the next time I have an airport connection at NAIA T3.

I recently stayed at an amazing Airbnb in the Philippines, and it exceeded all my expectations! The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully stocked kitchen. The highlight was the balcony with breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying a sunrise coffee or a peaceful evening breeze. The location was ideal—close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet in a quiet and private neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating. This Airbnb perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and Filipino hospitality, and I can’t wait to return!

Exactly as it is listed. Aircon works. Hot showers. Plenty of sleeping spaces and blankets. 7-eleven right below where you can get all your supplies. We watched White Chicks on Netflix while relaxing in the living room. Things to note during our stay. We drove there. The parking is hard to navigate and overnight parking was pricy. There was only one lift functioning so it took some time to get up and down.

if you have an event at Rizal Memorial Coliseum or Phil Sports Commission, this is just accross the street. Elevators are not crampy, has a pool at the roof top,.lots of convenience stores and food stalls outside . Unit has toiletries, slippers, laundry and microwave machines. beds are super comfortable. AC is functioning well. Secured doorlocks. responsive admin/owner

We have a great time staying at Mr. Federicos place, we’ll surely book again in the future. He is also kind for giving us flexible check in and out time. The place is also neat and clean. Plus, the free access to pool and gym is worth staying here.

Fantastic unit in a great location—close to lots of fast food, restaurants, just a short walk to a big supermarket (Metro), and just 5 minutes taxi ride to NAIA Terminal 3. The unit is on the 7th floor, comes with everything you need, and with good views. While the space was generally clean and comfortable, there was a bit of blackish mold on the shower grout that could use some attention. Overall, a good stay in a great location and would definitely stay again!

The room itself was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept better here than I have in most hotels. The bathroom was spotless, with towels, bath robes and great water pressure. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was smooth. Ms. Kathleen provided clear check-in instructions, and the self-check-in process was incredibly easy. We definitely had a great stay and enjoyed celebrating the new year at this unit. The unit was very aesthetic, clean and have everything we need as guests. As my mon also mentioned, we had a hotel-like experience by booking this unit since dental kits, bath towels, free coffee and tea were provided as well (just like in hotels). We were also amazed how the place was maintained in good condition. I personally chose this unit because its interior and furnitures are very pleasing to the eyes and look good in pictures as well. Thank you for the memorable new year's eve celebration and we will definitely book again! 🤍

We had an amazing stay at this place! It's incredibly accessible and spacious, with plenty of room to relax. The space is spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beinh able to unwind with Netflix was a nice touch. Crisalez was fantastic — super responsive and attentive, and she and her son truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The flexibility with check-in and checkout times was a major bonus, something not all places offer. We really appreciated that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

The check-in process was easy and smooth. Instructions provided were clear and detailed. Key pickup method was convenient. The host was responsive. Response time was quick. The property was clean and well-maintained. Essential amenities (Wi-Fi, towel, kitchen items) were available.

We had a great time staying in Cha's place. The place is perfect for a family of four. There's an alfa store nearby, like 3mins. walk and a drop-off/self service next to it. We never had a hard time getting a grab taxi going to MOA and a nearby mall in this peak season. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. Will definitely stay here in our next visit.
