Great location. Great price. You can’t ask for a better place to stay in Parma, I feel lucky to have found it on such short notice. They even let us check in early. Would recommend to anyone visiting Parma.

Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! Perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

Rocco greeted us with a smile when we arrived and showed us around the accommodation. We immediately felt at home! The accommodation is within a few minutes' walk from all sights, and only 15-20 minutes' walk from the train station. We highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely book it if we visit Parma again!

Awesome Italian home near Parma

Beautifully designed, large barn style building in a rustic/ steam punk kind of way! We had the apartment which was spacious and had a mezzanine bedroom upstairs. There are two AC units to help cool the open plan set up. Comfortable sofas, TV, open plan large kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Nice table and chairs outside on the open deck. Only downside, but didn’t spoil our one night stay in any way, but if we were there for longer it would, was the parking. Although onsite it was in a grass parking area with no shade and approx 100/150 metres from the property. All in all would stay again if we were heading in their direction.

I stayed here while going to the Parma tennis open. It was in walking distance to the tennis and was a nice, private apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Yenny was an amazing host and very helpful with local recommendations and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a quiet, residential space to stay in Parma.
