Podrás relajarte en un acogedor salón con balcones a la calle mientras descansas en un confortable sofá de 3 plazas. Si te apetece un ratito de relax, tienes una smart TV, donde podrás conectarte a tu cuenta de cualquier plataforma de contenido. La cocina está integrada en el salón y tiene todo lo que necesitas por si decides cocinar durante tu estancia: frigorífico-congelador, vitrocerámica, microondas, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, hervidor eléctrico y todo el menaje necesario. Disponemos de batidora de mano bajo petición y según disponibilidad. Para comer, hay una mesa y sillas de comedor. Cuando llegue el momento de descansar, dispones de un dormitorio en la planta baja con una cama doble de 150x190cm y otro individual con cama individual de 105x190cm. En la planta de arriba hay una tercera habitación con una cama individual de 80x190. Además, si necesitas usar el sofá del salón, es convertible a cama de 140x190cm. Cuentas con un baño en cada planta con una cómoda ducha con efecto lluvia, secador de pelo, toallas y el jabón, gel de baño y champú los ponemos nosotros. También hay aire acondicionado y calefacción centralizados en toda la vivienda para que no tengas que preocuparte del calor veraniego ni el frío en los meses invernales. En tu apartamento te dejaremos una dosis de detergente y suavizante para que no tengas que preocuparte de comprar. - Ofrecemos un desayuno ligero de manera gratuita para que puedas tomar algo antes de salir de casa. Te dejaremos una cesta con todo para que lo disfrutes como y cuando quieras. El desayuno incluye: leche, café, infusiones, pan, aceite, mantequilla, mermelada y algo dulce. Si tienes alguna alergia o intolerancia, por favor comunícanoslo 48 horas antes de tu llegada. A tener en cuenta: Algunos elementos de las instalaciones podrían variar ligeramente con respecto a las fotografías. - Según la normativa vigente, debemos comunicar los datos personales de todos los huéspedes a las autoridades. Por ello, cuando confirmes la reserva, te enviaremos la información para hacer el check-in online, donde deberás indicar tus datos personales antes del día de la llegada. Cuando hayas completado el check-in online, recibirás un código de entrada para la puerta exterior y otro para la de tu apartamento. - Las reservas de 3 apartamentos o más pueden estar sujetas a suplementos y condiciones especiales. En el momento de confirmar la reserva, se solicitará el pago de un depósito de garantía. - Para reservas de grupos y/o en fechas de alta ocupación, se pedirá a la llegada un depósito por posibles daños de 200€ por apartamento. Se efectuará en efectivo y se devolverá al hacer check-out una vez revisado el alojamiento.
