You can stroll along the beach to Puerto Banus or play Golf nearby in no time. The pool is only to be shared with the other part of the semi-detached house. In addition a private parking spot and a terrace is waiting for you!

This bright and newly renovated Spanish-style house offers comfort, space and the ideal location for a relaxing stay in Benalmádena Costa. A spacious 160 m² home featuring: • Open-plan living and dining room • Separate fully equipped kitchen • 2 modern bathrooms (renovated 2024) + guest toilet • 3 comfortable bedrooms • Two terraces, including one right next to the shared pool.

Sunny Home, garden, pool, spacious and family-friendly

On the ground floor we have the living room, open kitchen, a toilet, porch and garden. The garden door opens onto a park and the community pool that we share with twelve neighbors. On the first floor we have two double bedrooms that share a full bathroom. And the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and its en-suite bathroom, with a shower and bathtub. In the old garage we have made a loft living room. It has a TV and a large sofa that turns into a double bed, but it is what it is.

This wonderful quirky house is located in a beautiful white Spanish village called Mijas Pueblo, a very well kept, traditional andalucian town up the mountain overlooking the Mediterranean Sea that can be seen from the terrace. A lot of tourists visit this town but it can be surprisingly quiet and relaxed in the nights and even the day. The town is a fifteen minute drive from Fuengirola, a busy coastal city with your closest beaches. The airport is about 25 minutes on car.

West orientated (very sunny), all services within walking distance with no hills or steep streets, 5min to the beach/promenade which has a great selection of bars and restaurants, two main supermarkets within walking distance, main bus to city centre bus stop within 1min walk. The house has Air Conditioning, high speed Wifi and central heating.

One bedroom has a spacious balcony. Equipment for children is also available in the house.
