Very nice and beautiful place !

Everything about our stay in the Backpacker's Delight with Marina and Mike was fabulous. Great hosts, a wonderful and unique space, and beautiful surroundings. There are also some great restaurants in walking distance. I like the fact that the train station is close by. I highly recommend this space.

Lovely clean, roomy garden house in grounds of a larger villa. Family were very friendly and had dogs, which were super cute! We hadn’t hired a car, which I would recommend as no shops locally for provisions but taxis are easily accessible.

We had a lovely stay, amazing location. Peace and quiet and exactly what we needed and wanted. The photos almost undersell how beautiful the view is. We spent all of our times outdoor on the patio and it was perfect. We had a hard time finding the place because we followed Google maps, don’t! Follow Menno’s instructions and you’ll be fine. Great host, very responsive and helpful would definitely stay again

An absolutely lovely apartment hidden up some steps just a minute's walk from Mijas Pueblo. Loads of places to sit out and eat with stunning views across the pueblo down to the sea. Excellent pool for a swim and cooling off. Maria was very friendly, accommodating and quick to communicate. The sound of school children singing from the school below the apartment was beautiful. We will definitely return. Amazing! Thank you!

A beautiful quiet place with a beautiful view in the garden by the pool. Very tastefully decorated, full of comforts, lovely bed, great power shower, good hot water, excellent Wi-Fi. A large fenced garden , wonderful for our dog. Excellent clean swimming pool . Shops and restaurants are 5 minutes walking distance and the sea 15 minutes walk through dry river bed. In Torre del Mar, gastronomic food and good grocery shopping at the Mercadonna. Lots of hiking , good food, well equipped enjoyed the soft climate. And Anne-Kathrin and Bert were nice, easily accessible, very proactive, in short, super-hosts

We had a great stay at the cottage. Thank you, Cat and Peter, you were wonderful hosts, friendly and helpful. This is a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing among tourists. It is a private guesthouse on the farm with horses and friendly cats and dogs. Views across the valley are stunning. We loved watching the sunset with a glass of wine on the patio. It is a perfect retreat, yet close to places of interest. We made day trips to Seville, Cordoba, Antequera, and nearby villages. The closest town of Villanueva de la Concepcion has decent restaurants and bars, an excellent butcher next door to a well-stocked supermarket with your basic needs and more. The guesthouse was comfortable, rustic, and cosy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The evenings were chilly at the time of year, but the log fireplace was wonderfully cosy and easy to light. On arrival, the welcome bottle of wine, farm fresh eggs, bread, and butter was very thoughtful. Thank you, Cat and Peter. We would stay again.

The stay at Casa Carla was a success. The room was well prepared. Comfortable bed, thick bedding. The kitchen has everything you need. The place is very clean. There is nothing in the area, so it is worth considering. Access from Malaga is challenging. Road through the mountains: narrow, winding, bumpy in places. The location on Google Maps is inaccurate. In general, I recommend it for the experience of staying in an Andalusian village at the end of the world. Very kind and helpful hosts. They have a dog that was very cute.

Stunning stay at Gills! The location is perfect for peaceful days by a gorgeous pool with the all important parasols for the blazing sun. The accommodation is exactly as described and is furnished & decorated beautifully and in keeping with its style. Loved the little separate kitchen with all you need and the covered table area we used for breakfast! An easy drive from Malaga we recommend driving through the hills nearby! In Iznate there’s a local restaurant called Hermanos Tejada that we loved, epic goats cheese salad & grilled squid with the best cheesecake I’ve ever eaten all in an informal setting. It’s about an hour 30 from the El Caminito del Rey which I highly recommend! Popping into Malaga historic centre is 35 mins by car and the food market Gill recommended was brilliant. We went for a relaxing space without the crowd and we got it! Thanks Gill!

Finca la vida was a dream stay in the nature with a magical view! The studio itself is very cozy and charming. It has a nice minimal decoration along with everything you would need as amenities and a great bathroom. Tasty olive oil to use and delicious coffee with some snacks to welcome us was a great plus! Although they have their own house near the studio, it feels very separate and you feel you are pretty alone. The view is to die for. It is not the easiest to get in terms of location but I see that as a cost to pay to be in the middle of such nature and once you get there with food you dont need to leave at night. The road down the mountain was not a hassle for us, instead everyday we enjoyed the ride with a view. We had breakfast under their fig tree every morning while watching the view. They have a great seperate yoga/view spot. Stargazing in the night is purely out of the world. Samantha was very helpful with recommendations and she was easily reachable. We will be back:)

What a fantastic B&B! We have completely unwinded here and enjoyed it. It was even more beautiful than I thought. Everything was right, there were no defects and everything was clean. The only unexpected thing was that the location is high in the mountains. I do think Bruno and Gert will do everything they can to help you for the first time. This is how we were met at a BP nearby and escorted up the first time. All in all a fantastic and clean B&B with very helpful hosts. We would love to come back!

Beautiful place, I have been in the independent house with my husband and my 6 year old son, the estate is in the middle of nature, full of beautiful trees and plants, hearing how the water of mini fountains falls everywhere, everything is very clean and cared for. Sabina is a host of 10, very friendly and helpful. The peace and tranquility that you breathe is not explained with words, it has so many beautiful spaces that you do not know which to stay in. And to top it off at the door of our house was the river, can you ask for more?? and despite the overwhelming green vegetation we stung not even a mosquito. Needless to say we will be back!!

A hidden gem! 💎 I have visited many AirBnbs and met many people, but none like Maria. I was looking for a place for my 40th birthday with a girlfriend. I needed to send things before arrival and order food so it was ready - Maria was so indescribably helpful and accommodating. I am so grateful for all she has done. Moreover, Maria was genuinely interested in me and my world. A lovely way to be greeted 🥰 The home lives up to the pictures and more! A large double bed of really good quality. Plenty of pillows and lovely duvets. The pool area was wonderful, sunny all day, and the large common terrace with a view was where we hung out. My friends were so impressed with my choice, and we have agreed to come back with our families. Thank you Maria, and thank you for your wonderful place 🇪🇸 See you 🍸

We had a very pleasant stay in this pretty house. Léa is a very nice host, we were welcomed with small touches that were always pleasant. The house is very clean and very well equipped (kitchen utensil, all bathroom and linens). I recommend it.

Fernando has always been very responsive to our questions. He even dropped us off at the shopping center to do our shopping. They are 10-15 min max on foot, but it's a tough climb to get there, whether on the way there or back if you go down to the center of Rincon de la Victoria. The place was very clean. Fernando's recommendations were very good.

A very well furnished apartment, where you can use the great pool. We even had it all to ourselves because the hostess, who uses the lower apartment, was away. For access, it is necessary to drive 100 m through a dried-up river bed. This is also possible with rental cars. If you are looking for seclusion and nature, this is the place to be.

Laeticia is adorable, organized and a very good source of information for visits to Andalusia. We had a great time in her apartment. Recommended without moderation.

The most amazing property we have ever had the pleasure of staying at! Bart and Pat are wonderful hosts who have thought of ever detail in this paradise in the mountains. It's a special place and an amazing retreat. Local towns and restaurants are a quick 10-15 minute drive, with some wonderful options or stay in and grill over an epic view while your family enjoys the pool.

We spend four relaxing nights at Marielle's and Frank´s place. They were always very friendly and we felt welcome and at home the whole time! The accommodation had everything we needed and was exactly what we were looking for. It is located in a rather remote area where one really can relax, but still only a short drive away from shops and supermarkets and sites and cities to visit. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, be it sleeping in, reading at or swimming in the pool or while having breakfast on the porch with fresh eggs provided by Marielle and Frank from their little henhouse in the garden. We would definitely book the accommodation again and recommend to everybody who wants to escape the everyday life for a couple of days while still wanting to have the option of exploring sites in the mountains or near by cities.

The house is simple and rustic, but enough. The amenities work well and are clean. The bedding is rather firm, the linen is clean. The shutters are well obscuring. Windows are equipped with screens, which limits insect intrusion. Board games, balloons are available. The garden is maintained, secure, and spacious. The pool is clean and the difference in altitude (from 130 to 190 cm). The view is clear, not overlooked. Neighbors are far enough away not to disturb or be disturbed. Caution: - the access road to the house is paved, but quite steep and with turns, provide a good driver (start on the side to control!) - The house is surrounded by nature, so don't be afraid of lezards, geko, and miscellaneous insects. - the daily maintenance of the garden and pool requires that Jan access to the exteriors, but he knows how to be discreet and accommodating. Better then we expected ! Great, beautiful, stylish home and nature. Host respect guests privacy. We had wonderful time and the best holiday. Definitely we will comeback.

Wow – what an incredible stay! My husband, daughter and I spent 3 nights at Andy and Ellen’s beautiful place in the mountains, about a 45-minute drive from Malaga, and honestly… it felt like paradise. 🌿 The views are stunning, the whole place is spotless and stylish, and every little detail has been thought through. We loved the peaceful garden, the amazing pool area, and the honesty bar was such a fun extra. Ellen’s breakfast was absolutely delicious! We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one is truly something special. Would go back in a heartbeat!
