The Slaaplokaal in Wierum is a beautiful and cozy apartment with a spacious private garden, located in a former primary school 100m from the Wadden Sea. This luxury dune villa is located on the Makkum beach resort. The authentic village of Makkum is 2 km away and has nice restaurants and a warm bakery, luxury butcher and a large supermarket. The villa has underfloor heating and also has a cozy gas fireplace. There is a garage for the storage of bicycles or surfing gear. There are two bicycles available with which you can explore the beautiful Friesland. The house is also equipped with a sauna and has an outdoor shower, nice for after surfing.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Now that our farm has been sold after 42 years, we are looking for new challenges, and this B&B is one of them. The B&B is located on several hiking trails, including the Jabikspad and the Groot Frieslandpad. In addition, the nature reserve "de Deelen" can be reached by bike.
