Villa Pehar Studio Delux 4-je studio apartman za dvoje, 23 m2, . It is located in the tourist part of Makarska, with its own parking and sea view.. It is far enough away from noise and traffic, and close enough to the necessary amenities. The nearest restaurants and markets are 5-10 min walk, the most beautiful beaches 10 min, and the center 15-20 min walk along the sea, through the pine forest. The beaches are hidden in small bays , covered with large pine trees that give peace, privacy and shade on hot summer days.

My place is close to a few restaurants and dining, the beach next to the Franciscan monastery, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space - balcony with a table where you can enjoy your meals, or just a glass of wine. House also offers outdoor grill for guest's use. Apartment is situated in a quiet area, less than 15 minutes on foot from the port and town center. It consists of bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen with an exit to the balcony, and bathroom.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

The house is located in a quiet part of the town of Hvar, close to the Franciscan monastery and has a large garden and lots of greenery. The first beach is 50 meters from the house and the city center is a 5-minute pleasant walk by the sea.

Our cool and comfortable studio is located on a quiet place, 900m away from city centre.Sea view terrasse, surrounded by pine trees, and with parking place just in front of it. Cristal clear sea and small pier are in front of the house and pebble beach is 100m away.
