We had a fantastic stay at Marina’s place. We booked very last minute (24 hours’ notice) but Marina made it very easy for us. We loved the house - it was spacious, clean and tidy and the pool was great for the kids. Marina was very welcoming, very responsive and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly! The house is about a ten minute walk from the sea. It is a steep path which but worth it for the beautiful water on arrival. There isn’t a beach as such but there is a natural swimming pool and a designated swimming area which was great. One point to note is that parking is a few minutes walk from the house near the church. However you can pull up a short al walk from the house to load and unload cases so it was no problem for us. We had a great time and would happily stay at Marina’s place again.

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

Superbe maison au coeur du port. Toutes commodités à l'intérieur, une terrasse vraiment agréable. Des restaurants à proximité immédiate. Une (petite) supérette à 100m. Je recommande +++ Frane et sa mère qui a été très chaleureuse !

5살 조카, 아버지, 누나와 함께 두브로브니크를 제대로 즐겼습니다. 아침 비행기로 두브로브니크에 도착하다보니 어린조카가 많이 피곤했는지 투정을 많이 부렸습니다. 그 때 호스트의 배려덕에 숙소에서 잠시 정비할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치는 부자게이트 바로 앞이라서 캐리어를 돌바닥에서 끌 필요가 없었어요! 더운날씨에 지칠때면 시가지에서 5분거리라서 잠깐 들어와서 쉬면 되어서 최고였습니다:)

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the Dubrovnik area! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked — from kitchen essentials to pool towels, everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. The amenities were top-notch: a gorgeous private pool, comfortable lounging areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of towels for everyone. Every detail was clearly considered to make guests feel at home. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the outstanding customer service. The hosts were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — offering local tips and accommodating our requests. Their hospitality made the experience feel so personal and special. The location was perfect too — peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from Dubrovnik’s Old Town and stunning beaches.

The view from the balcony was the standout from this property. some things could be improved luke the decor in the bedrooms which is very basic but overall we enjoyed our stay and the views made up for any issues. Great host

We came to Dubrovnik on a family vacation and Marijo’s house was the perfect way to start our trip. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our entire visit there. The place was recently renovated and surpassed our expectations - the house was very spacious, clean, modern and an overall beautiful space. The pool and grilling area were the best way to spend the days and nights and very inviting. The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms all updated and modern. Marijo was the perfect host and his house was walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, a brewery, ferry and a 15 minute uber from old town. Super safe area as well (police station nearby). We couldn’t recommend this place more!

Wir hatten unvergleichlich schöne Tage in diesem zauberhaften Haus mit Pool. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in mitten von wilder Natur gelegen. Von den Terrassen hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das gegenüberliegende Dorf, die schroffen Berge des Festlandes und auf das Meer. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und bequem eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist mit 5 Sitz- und liegebereichen üppig ausgestattet und wunderschön!!! Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen und bedanken uns für die nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung.

Magnifique villa isolée qui surplombe la baie de Kotor. Très moderne. Terrasse et baies vitrées incroyables. Vraiment un bel endroit et un super service de l'hote Grandes chambres avec leur salle de bain individuelle

Magnifique maison privée toute en pierre, extérieur et piscine magnifique. A l'intérieur, maison fonctionnelle, propre et tout l'équipement nécessaire (frigo, plaques de cuisson, machine à laver, ustensiles de cuisine etc). 2 chambres (une chambre parentale et une chambre enfant). Parfait avec un bébé ou enfant en bas âge ! Intimité, endroit calme et ressourçant, à 25min de Dubrovnik. Nous y avons passé 5 jours. Nous recommandons sans hésitation ! ❤️

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay, could not recommend highly enough. Palves two bedroom appartment was so cutely decorated, comfortable and spotless clean 10/10 Thank you Palve for our stay highly recommend.

We had an amazing trip to Dubrovnik, made really special by staying in such a great apartment. Nikolina was the best host - gave lots of advice prior to our stay and always replied to questions within minutes. The apartment was spacious and was as it looks in the photos. Beds were big and comfortable. The balcony looked out to the sea and gave some great views. I thought the location was perfect for us - we could walk down to the Old Town in 15 mins - took a little longer coming back up hill!! We stayed in the biggest of the apartments which was for 8 people, but there are other smaller aparments in the complex - would highly recommend.

A sanctuary, beautiful views, wonderful location. The host was a great communicator, went over and above to provide detailed recommendations. Rosa greeted us, gave us homemade cookies for Easter, such a character. Highly recommend! Would visit again

We loved our stay at Marija’s. Lovely pool and the apartment was perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped and the place was very homely. We had a couple issues with buses so would recommend a car hire. Uber was reliable. Lovely local shop where we got all our food. This does close on a Sunday. Also a great local bar. Marija and her family couldn’t have been more friendly and we would definitely stay again.

After a few days in Dubrovnik we stayed for 12 nights in Gabrielas appartment. Gabriela is a fantastic host, she met us off the ferry and walked us the short distance to her place. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfect for our needs. The garden is lovely with a pretty outdoor dining area perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. The island is lovely with some good bars and great restaurants but the best has to be Gabrielas family restaurant, Peggy's, which is a few doors down from the apartment. We enjoyed a wonderful meal there with views of the sun setting over the islands. We loved exploring Lopud and the neighbouring islands as well as lazing on the beaches and a bit of snorkling. Gabriela was always happy to provide useful information about the island and things to do, she even arranged our transfer to the airport by private boat and car, a perfect way to end our holiday! We would definitely go again.

We were met by a lovely family who made every effort to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. The property is very peaceful and private yet has good access to the main road. The garden is great for children and there are beautiful villages and beaches nearby. Highly recommended.

Lovely home right on the water. Perfect for relaxing. Very detailed instructions on how to operate anything in the home. Also has a very good guide to the local area.

Robert was a wonderful host! The place was the perfect location and had everything we needed. He also let us check out late so we could Leave our luggage in the apartment and enjoy a day at the beach. A lovely start to our stay. Highly recommend. He also upgraded us to the apartment with a terrace as it was our honeymoon. Lovely gesture and great communication throughout our stay. Thank you very much.

Ivana’s home was absolutely perfect for me and my 2 sons. It was even more beautiful than the photos. We loved the amazing view from the balcony. Ivana was very responsive to messages and kindly offered for us to stay longer on our departure day as our kayak trip was cancelled. I gave my kids the choice of a day in Dubrovnik or an extra day on the island and they both immediately chose Lopud. We spent a day on Šunj beach and a day in the town walking to the viewpoint, visiting the park, and snorkelling and swimming at the beach. Highly recommended.

Nestled high in the hills, this place was absolutely idyllic - with peaceful nature and stunning views everywhere! Srdjan and Olga were the most warm and friendly hosts, and we were so lucky to be welcomed in to their beautiful and quirky home. We loved spending the evening on the terrace, enjoying the views and the company of all the animals. The accommodation area feels really private and secluded, and the room is really cosy and comfortable. The general area is gorgeous, with many lovely walks. It's a short serpentine drive up the hill, but you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Kotor Bay! Many thanks for your hospitality - we hope to return! ✨️

I had a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely amazing—super clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a great vibe throughout. It was a perfect place to relax and feel at home. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicated everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed for a week away with our young family. The house is absolutely perfect, has everything you can possibly need for an incredible holiday. The view is out of this world - we felt very lucky to be there. Mladen was so friendly and helpful, answering all questions we had very quickly and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable.
