Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa, desde el principio, antes de llegar siempre a respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta. Una vez en su casa ha estado atenta a cualquier necesidad que he podido tener, haciendo todo para que me sintiese como en casa. La casa esta totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy bien situada, a 10 m andando de la estación de tren y con autobuses a 2 m. El zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y segura. Gracias Madalena por tu hospitalidad!!!!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities. It’s conveniently located near metro stations, which made getting around or to the center of Paris very easy. The owner was very friendly and always responded promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment! Being on the ground floor made it very easy with our luggage. The apartment felt very secure and there was a shop nearby that stayed open until 1am which was very convenient.

Check in was easy despite the instructions seeming complicated. Comfortable studio and reasonably quiet. Lots on nice touched like a sleeve of Nespresso coffee capsules, several charging cables ready for use and some snacks. Small but well equipped kitchen. Floriane really went over and above with some of these small touches. Some great little restaurants nearby and great walking on the canal.

We really loved our stay at Joss’s apartment! Firstly it was all about ‘The View’!!! Views of the Eiffel Tower from all the windows! Exactly what I was hoping for. Just perfect! It was very clean,comfortable and had everything we needed. Great decor & furnishings. Joss’s instructions and communication was great. He was in contact frequently to make sure all was well. Even though he spoke no English and we spoke no French we communicated easily using the translator. Good pastry shops & restaurants close by. Thanks Joss!!!

Le logement est très proche du métro, dans une cour intérieure, très calme, très propre, grand espace, parfait. Judith est très réactive et arrangeante pour l'heure d'accès, si possibilités.

Faire l’expérience d’un AirB&B une première fois peut être très inquiétant; toutefois si tous les hôtes étaient comme Ludovic, il n’y aurait aucun doute à avoir. L’appartement se trouve dans un complexe immobilier, dans un secteur très tranquille, où plusieurs commerces, dont une épicerie complète située à 3 minutes marche peut satisfaire tous nos besoins alimentaires. L’accès est restreint aux occupants de l’immeuble ce qui rend le tout absolument sécuritaire. L’appartement est tel que représenté par l’hôte. Le tout est très propre. Un petit balcon nous invitait à y relaxer au retour et profiter des derniers rayons de soleil. Le RER est à environ 20 minutes de marche toutefois, un circuit d’autobus qu’on peut utiliser est à 4 minutes de marche nous conduit en très peu de temps au RER. Un sentier pédestre est situé à proximité nous menant près de la Marne. Si on décide de choisir de loger hors du cœur de Paris, l’appartement de Ludovic situé à St-Maurice est l’endroit idéal. This is our second visit to Alain’s lovely apartment. We are a family of 4 - myself, my husband and our 14 and 11 year olds. We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is lovely - the location couldn’t be better and the apartment is comfortable and beautiful. The host is extremely responsive and so helpful. We have had no problems and would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.

Alain was a lovely host and I enjoyed my stay at his house. His artistic expression is seen from the design of his spaces and the way he has decorated it with all the things he is passionate about. The morning breakfast was also a wonderful touch. Merci beacoup, Alain 😊

Logement au cœur de la végétation. Une petite aux portes de Paris. Si vous aimez la nature et la plénitude, vous serez au bon endroit.

Morgan foi um anfitrião excelente!! Respondeu sempre rapidamente às mensagens e foi sempre muito atencioso e simpático. O espaço estava impecável! Apesar de pequeno, é muito acolhedor. A localização também era excelente, num bairro movimentado, muito bonito e seguro. O metro está a uma distância de 2 minutos a pé. Foi uma ótima estadia, adoramos e recomendamos!

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Mon séjour d'une semaine chez Margaret a été parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est bien équipée, le lit est confortable et une fenêtre donne sur le jardin. C'est très calme et pourtant on peut rejoindre la rue commerçante de Vincennes en quelques minutes à pied. Paris est à environ 20 minutes en métro (ligne 1) ou en RER sans frais supplémentaires. J'ai eu de belles et intéressantes discussions avec Margaret. Elle et son colocataire sont des personnes très agréables et discrètes. Je peux recommander ce logement à 150 %. Merci pour cette bonne semaine Margaret.

Etienne et Catherine étaient très gentils et attentionnés. Le jus frais pressé, le café et les viennoiseries le matin ont été grandement appréciés. La terrasse au dernière étage est définitivement un plus.

Super schöne kleine Wohnung in einem tollen Viertel. Paris ist von dort aus super zu erkunden. Metro fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
