This apartment looked just like the photos. The outdoor space was great for enjoying a glass of wine after touring Paris all day. Restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Subway station only a 12 minute walk. If you stay here you must try the Indian Restaurant just up the street . We would definitely recommend this apartment.

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping mall, you can see the Eiffel Tower from the room, the room is fully equipped, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the Host is warm and hospitable, I will choose this room again next time I come to Paris!I love Paris!!

Very well located apartment, a stone's throw from metro line 7 and just a 15-minute walk to the Les Esselières exam room, which is very convenient. Valerie is friendly and responsive. Recommended.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was super cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful,. The area is beautiful and peaceful, with everything you need nearby. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Fabulous location , close to everything and all within walking distance and close to pubic transportation Perfect for our party of three.Great to have AC in the bedrooms as the outside temperature on 3 days was 85 F.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

It's just perfect, the images match the description. I highly recommend it, you won't 👌🩷be disappointed. My partner and I really enjoyed it.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Thank you again for this impeccable welcome, we will come back without hesitation!

Hanifa is very responsive and accommodating regarding check-in times. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because of the many steps and stairs (the house is on two floors, you enter through the basement). Linens and towels are provided and impeccable, which is a big plus. The house is in a very good location, a five-minute walk from the RER train station and right next to shops. It's very convenient to be able to park two (small!) cars in front of the house, as street parking is paid.

Your home was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was just what we were looking for. Out of the traffic and congestion of the city but still very close to all attractions. Thank you for your kind hospitality. Paul and gang 😁

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !

Perfect accommodation for a stay near La Défense. The bedding is very comfortable, the environment at the back of a courtyard is very quiet in a residential area, and the functional amenities. All 20 min from the Grande Arche on foot (or 2 tram stops). Perfect. This accommodation is my usual base when traveling for several days to La Défense.
