Um dos principais pontos positivos foi a facilidade no check-in. Foi enviado um link para realizar o cadastro da facial antes e não foi preciso passar pela portaria em momento algum. Total liberdade para entrar e sair a qualquer momento. O apartamento é muito bem localizado e bonito, exatamente como nas fotos. Chuveiro muito bom. Cama grande e confortável com roupas de cama de qualidade. Recomendo e com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

The accommodation is simply amazing and wonderful. We do not miss anything at all. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals, the place is well ventilated and very beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet, we felt at home. In front, there is a supermarket that makes things very easy, a pharmacy and other shops on the same street. The location is perfect, the view is perfect. And Mr. Wesley gave us instructions about the place, provided blankets to help protect us from the cold. A perfect place, I only have gratitude and a desire to return more often !!!

O apartamento do Felipe é excelente. Tem espaço de sobra para uma família de 4 pessoas. Tem todas as comodidades e mais para tornar a estadia familiar fácil e confortável. Os arredores são muito bem servidos de restaurantes e mercados que tem inclusive opções ótimas de refeições prontas e frescas. Muito perto do metrô Brigadeiro e fácil de chegar a pé ao Parque Ibirapuera e aos Shoppings e lojas da Avenida Paulista. A localização é muito central e ao mesmo tempo a rua do prédio é calma. Felipe responde super rápido e é bem flexível. Além de tudo, possui duas vagas de garagem, o que facilita demais a vida com crianças! Adoramos nossa estadia e com certeza voltaremos no futuro!

Our stay was lovely. Andrea was a great host, beautiful space, walkable neighborhood with great options in every direction. Andrea was very responsive and very helpful. The kind, generous and joyous spirit of Brazil made this space a lovely reprieve and vacation. We cannot wait to come back to São Paulo.

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the apartment is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

It's exactly as described, host Willian is very attentive, super recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and Luiz is very helpful! It made me want to live there! I cooked every day and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment! I'll definitely be back!

Extremely cozy place and with a very fair price, my experience was great with the space. I went with my girlfriend and it met our expectations, a very good condominium, with a parking space for the car without bureaucracy and, in addition, a heated pool. I intend to return at a next opportunity.

Precisei do local devido a problemas com aibrnb anterior . E mesmo em cima da hora, Deny sempre foi bem proativo. O local é ótimo e de fácil acesso. Não tiro nota, mas recomendaria olhar o ar, pois esta fazendo uns barulhos estranhos.

Flat muito bom, aconchegante. A cama maravilhosa, as roupas de cama de extrema qualidade, limpas e cheirosas. Aquela cama que não dá vontade de levantar de tão confortável que é. O flat estava limpo, organizado, banheiros também muito organizado e limpo. O atendimento da Chintia desde o primeiro contato foi com rapidez, cordialidade e gentileza. Obrigada, com certeza vou me hospedar novamente no flat.
