Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mairiporã

Wonderful place and identical to the photos, in the middle of São Paulo but with a country house vibe. Claudia is an excellent host and very attentive.

I was staying with João and Nidia and everything was great again.

Well, the TV didn't have audio, there was no YouTube or anything, thankfully I took my computer there, I wasn't left empty-handed, but other than that a great, well-organized place, a very attentive host

My chalet experience was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were very well received by Ronaldo, who was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. His service made all the difference! The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is excellent, with variety, flavor and a lot of care. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable, everything was very well cared for, which demonstrates the affection and professionalism with which the place is maintained. The accommodations are also great: comfortable, organized and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and intend to return!

Excellent apartment. The building is excellent, we went with a baby and the crib we asked for was provided and then the host proactively asked if we wanted a bathtub. We liked it very much and would certainly come back.

The accommodation is hotel style, the checkin was done directly with the receptionist, we were able to leave the luggage there and take our tour without worrying. The receptionist was extremely friendly, the only problem we had was the delay in answering the questions in the airb chat, however, they could be clarified by calling the google phone of the building (I discovered there in the listing) I recommend it too much, the accommodation is very close to São Paulo, easy to find, it was clean, it was all nice. Very near subway station I'm definitely going back. I recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is super well maintained, clean and has everything that is advertised. Sandra's support is spectacular, they do everything to make sure the guest has the best stay possible. I particularly liked all the details of the apartment!

We were very well received by Luiz, he gave us all the guidelines for the region. Regarding the apartment, everything is in order, exactly as advertised. The building is totally peaceful, which really makes the apartment a cozy place. Quiet street with nearby shops. I loved the stay, I recommend it!!!

Great stay, excellent location near the subway, close to 25 of everything the center offers, the place is clean, comfortable beds, spacious, very good shower, great breakfast, I had two problems but they were not serious, they did not find my check-in I had to wait another 40 minutes after check-in time and they also called me in the room telling me to leave it was 12:20 but checkout was 1:00 p.m. as shown in the ad, but the education of all The staff is amazing, especially after he saw that he was wrong to call me to leave. He confused it with the hotel schedule and didn't realize it was Airbnb with check-out at 1:00 p.m., I repeat, the education and kindness of all the staff is amazing, another factor that helped a lot was the luggage room where we can leave things and walk around there and pick it up at the end of the day without extra charge, I will definitely be back!

The stay was wonderful. The site is exactly like the photos and description. Comfortable beds, clean room and beautiful view from the window. Breakfast is also wonderful.

Extremely pleasant location, both Saionara and her husband are always attentive. The place is practically a mini museum, very beautiful and rustic. And an important note: Saionara's Minas cheese is SENSATIONAL. I highly recommend the stay!! ❤️

Estádia was great, hotel very well located, parking is worth it for convenience and safety. We were very well served from checkin to checkout, and in all the times we need, the breakfast is very good with plenty of options. I will come back more often for sure!

24-hour check-in saved us! We missed a bus and arrived much later than usual, luckily the super attentive staff welcomed us and gave us all the directions. We'll be back for sure!

Simply fantastic, simple accommodations and restaurant, no luxury, but everything perfect. It was what my wife and I were looking for, a quiet place to rest. Márcia's service was excellent and in the restaurant Dudú's service was also great
