Vacation rentals with a patio in Maipú

This place is excellent, the place is very safe, it is 2 blocks from the entrance to Ohiggins Park and about 5-10 min from the subway station, the place is impeccable and very comfortable for 2 people

I gave it 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give it 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, he is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend it to everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches, to book without fear. This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Great place, very quiet and safe area. Everything is very close, mini market, Movistar arena 15 minutes walk as well as Fantasilandia. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. Highly recommended

What an amazing place. A very friendly neighborhood, close to the subway and downtown, with market options, restaurants and a park in front. In addition, the view of the mountain range is wonderful. I had a great stay in the apartment. The location is very central, there are many shops nearby and the subway is just two blocks away. Nicholas was very kind and attentive to all my questions! I will definitely stay at this place again, I highly recommend it!

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. We had a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor spaces were lovely and we enjoyed spending the days outside with the dogs that were on the property. Having only one FOB for the gates was challenging when our group went out to do things separately, but overall we had a really great stay.

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping malls, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked the most was the outdoor area and I love that part of Santiago and it leaves me calm, because I'm going to work. It's a premium location.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt right at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, air-conditioned environment, impeccable cleanliness. Very helpful host and attentive! We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
