The apartment is very nice, modern and comfortable. Despite being in downtown Santiago, it is a fairly quiet and peaceful area. The terrace is also quite private as it faces an internal courtyard. In addition, there are two markets right in front of the building in case you need to buy something. And the fact that it has parking and air conditioning is totally a plus.

The best thing is the location if you're interested in something cheap near the airport. It is 10 min from the airport by car. The area is not for loitering. The amenities are simple, useful and just to spend a few hours or a day before a flight, as shown in the photos. María Teresa is quite friendly, very attentive and considerate of guests, responds quickly and is super accessible and flexible with schedules. My friends and I rented it one day because we needed 3 hours to sleep and bathe during the early morning hours before a flight and she was there for our arrival and departure, even though it was very early in the morning. Excellent for that.

The environment is quiet and the cabin space is spacious, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing for a few days. The tinaja was at the perfect temperature, which made the stay even more enjoyable in this fall season. In addition, the rooms have good ventilation and heating, which guarantees a comfortable temperature at all times. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the dedication to detail is noticeable. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely return and recommend this place for those looking for rest, nature and comfort.

The apartment is great, well-equipped for cooking, a very comfortable bed and a good shower! Points for improvement: it would be ideal to install air conditioning, because the apartment faces the sunrise, so the sun shines all day, which makes it very hot! We didn't need air conditioning because it was cold, but we still used the portable fan to sleep. Regarding the TV, we were unable to use it because it had few streaming services and we were unable to install others.
