We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Located in Jarnac, just 15 minutes from Cognac, Belle de Charente is a comfortable barge moored in a privileged setting to discover the riches of the Charente. On board, you will find the essentials for a pleasant stay, local shops and local heritage gems are easily accessible on foot. Just 100 meters away, enjoy a variety of leisure activities such as cycling, canoeing… to explore the surrounding area at your own pace A 140 cm bed and an 80 cm bed.

90 m² accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 people. Adjoining our house, the exteriors are common. Renovated & walled located in the center of St Même Les Carrières, a charming little village in the heart of the Cognac vineyards. You can discover the banks of Charente during a canoe, bike or electric scooter ride by taking the flow bike, a bike path that is 5 minutes from the accommodation. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rental.

*Les Cèdres de Mérienne* Quiet cottage in the heart of the Charente vineyards, by the river Charente, 2 steps from Jarnac. Composed of 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Equipped kitchen open to the living room with sofas. Large bathroom. Linens and sheets are provided. Cleaning is included. Outdoor heated pool, access depending on the weather. Closed in cold weather, rain, thunderstorms, or strong winds.

Île de Saintonge – A private island on the Charente

Private island in a Natura 2000 site. The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. Ideal for a total disconnection experience, in a green setting, while comfortable and poetic. Possibility to use canoes (a 2-seater canoe and a 1-seater canoe) and bicycles.

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
