Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the countryside. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the mill building. Where the flour was once ground, a modern apartment has been created that invites you to feel good with many cozy details. We as hosts live in the neighboring building and are very happy to help guests. The apartment belongs to our farm, where ponies, dogs, cats and ducks live. A beautiful playground and a large meadow invite you to play.
