We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

Minutes to the CBD and seconds from public transport, City Link and shopping.
