Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

Their are many beautiful walks and cycle rides on our doorstep as well as a myriad of local pubs, equestrian centres and a farm shop. The small market towns of Wallingford and Henley on Thames are just 10-15 minutes away. There is parking outside next to the stairs to the flat, a car is advised.

The owners, who live next door, have spent time restoring the original features (some dating to the 1600s) including exposed brickwork and beams throughout.
