Discover the charm of a unique and typical space in the historic centre of Parma, near Piazza Garibaldi, the beating heart of Parma. The large and bright living area is characterised by exposed beams and the furnishings, with great attention to detail, blend perfectly with the cosy atmosphere. This is completed by a wonderful open kitchen on the living room. The sleeping area consists of a complete bathroom and a double suite with balcony and second private bathroom with amenities.

The high and very bright spaces, the sober and refined elegance of the furnishings, the direct contact with the sky, the Ducal park and the stream that flows in front of the house create an atmosphere that is really difficult to describe.
