Apartment vacation rentals in Mahlberg

We had a wonderful week in Gengenbach, it flew by and we could have easily stayed much longer. As a base, Gengenbach provided dozens of walks on our doorstep as well as being a springboard for many others. We made use of the free public transport options (tourist card) and parked the car up, which was a refreshing change. We ate at local restaurants on the recommendation of our hosts and were not disappointed - the food was lovely and the local restauranteurs were incredibly hospitable. At the end of our days adventuring we came home to a relaxing apartment which was so well equipped and cosy. Our hosts were friendly; welcoming us on arrival which was lovely and always there to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this as a place to visit and pause for a moment in time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Especially the view and terrace, and inside the swimming pool and sauna. The place had everything we needed. Karl is a very friendly host!

What a very nice place, wonderfully quiet and a beautiful area. The accommodation was perfect, clean and spacious for 1 person. All the necessities were present and even shutters to make it nice and dark inside. I was there for 2 nights, but I felt like I could have stayed much longer. The contact with the host and wife went well and smoothly, thank you!

The apartment was truly amazing! We were positively surprised by the extensive equipment and high quality throughout, especially in the kitchen, which had every tool and appliance we could possibly need. It was also spotlessly clean. Alexander and Helena were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly nice, responded immediately to all our questions, and were wonderfully flexible when our arrival time changed. They were genuinely a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this place for any stay!

Henriette and Rudi's apartment is really comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (sheets, towels, cutlery, plates, pots). It turned out to be the best choice for our vacation at Europa Park, for the proximity and for the tranquility we found during the night. Henriette and Rudi were really kind and helpful, making us feel at home even before we arrived. We highly recommend this accommodation for those who need to stay in the area!

Very happy with my stay , the apartment is clean and very well equipped. I was wrong when booking and the host was very accommodating to find a solution . 18 minutes from Europapark by car and the neighborhood is very peaceful ... I recommend it ++

We had a really perfect weekend, a great apartment with top furnishings and very good kitchen amenities. You can end the evening nicely on the balcony and then fall into the comfortable beds. In the morning, a very delicious little bakery is less than 5 minutes' walk away. During the day we were in Europapark/Rulantika, which was reachable in a very short drive. Completely satisfied!

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. It is tastefully decorated and we immediately felt comfortable. Checking in through the app went smoothly. Communication with Ulrich was very refreshing and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the flat. The kitchen has everything you can think of and more. We found the bed very comfortable. Access to the forrest is just a few minutes walk away from the flat which was great.

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

We stayed 2 nights for 11 in this home. Everything was perfect and very clean. The hosting was friendly.

We only spent one night as a stopover here and were very happy overall. Upon arrival, we were upgraded free of charge, which was of course a great highlight. The place is very high quality and tastefully decorated – you feel right at home. Particularly noteworthy is the warm and attentive landlady, who not only welcomed us very kindly, but also prepared an incredibly delicious cappuccino for us directly. She took the time to tell us a little bit about the history and origin of the house, which was a very personal and nice touch. A small suggestion for improvement: We would have liked some additional costs to be mentioned more clearly in the description. For example, we had to pay the fee for our registered dog on site, and we only learned about the possibility of parking in the underground garage for an extra charge upon arrival.

We spent two pleasant nights in this apartment and felt very comfortable. The place was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. The location is quiet and yet well connected – ideal to relax and explore the surroundings at the same time. The contact with the host was very friendly and uncomplicated, and the check-in and out went smoothly. We were traveling with children and even though the apartment is not specifically designed for families, everything worked well for us. Thank you for the pleasant stay – we will be happy to come back!

We relaxed and celebrated our bachelorette party here with four of us. Everything was very clean and the decor is beautiful! We'd come back here every time. The jacuzzi is of course the highlight. We had a small problem on the 2nd day to get the jacuzzi, Narek responded within a few minutes and turned the jacuzzi on again. We would really recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for everything :)

We spent wonderful days at the property. The location was great. Restaurants were quick to reach and there was plenty of choice. The hot tub and the view were just beautiful. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

Damien was very welcoming when we arrived. Very clean accommodation. Everything is correct as in the pictures. Great place for couples. I would highly recommend it!

This is by far the cleanest B&B I’ve ever stayed in – absolutely spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked with seasonings and a variety of beverages. Both the living room and bedroom were tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom and toilet were supplied with high-quality cleaning products, including disinfectant wipes, which was a lovely touch. Although the parking space is a short walk away, it was still acceptable. One pleasant surprise was the presence of a lift in the building, which made access much easier. It would be even better if there were a clothes rack in one of the rooms, but overall, everything was very well arranged. The host was extremely helpful, and all instructions were clearly communicated. The location is excellent – right in the city centre, making everything very convenient. The only thing to get used to was the spiral staircase, but it added character to the place.
