Our stay at this Koh Samui apartment was amazing! The location was ideal — super convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to get around. We had no issues with communication, and Ahmed was always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

We had the best experience staying in villa Matisse as a group of 5. The villa is set away from the main road on a private estate , which is peaceful and secure. Our expectations were well and truly met from the airport pick up to drop off . Aoo the villa manger was very responsive and so helpful, and no request was a problem We had massages in the villa which was a luxurious touch

Very pleasant Villa, staff very friendly, makes you feel like you are in a jungle with wildlife, the only thing missing is direct passage to the beach. Wonderful stay overall.

Hello everybody, I met Catalin the property manager and he is a great person, kind and relaxed. I got a warm welcome and a lot of useful tips. This small beach house and the area around it is just beautiful and quiet. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is a little paradise right in the center of thongsala. For everyone who wants to get away from stressful hotel properties and be private this is the right place. If I’m ever come back to ko phanghan this will be the place to go for me. We had a lovely stay in the villa and the host and staff were excellent in making our stay as comfortable as they could. They arranged Mr Nuy (local taxi) to get us from the airport and he was fantastic so we used him for all our evening journies. Highly recommend!

Das Bungalow hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es ist sauber, stylisch eingerichtet, liegt schön ruhig und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und freundlich.

Die Villa ist eine wirklich besondere Unterkunft, super komfortabel und mit Antiquitäten äußerst geschmackvoll und klassisch thailändisch ausgestattet. Super Pool mit Blick auf den Strand. Penibel sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man ist absolut ungestört. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Das tolle Haus wird nur noch vom Gastgeber Kevin übertroffen, der schon bei der Anreise behilflich ist, jederzeit erreichbar ist und unglaublich tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für Samui gegeben hat. Sogar bei einem kleinen medizinischen Notfall hat er geholfen und ein phantastisches Krankenhaus empfohlen. Kevin ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber. Ich kann ihn und die Villa nur empfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Boom und New empfangen. Diese organisierten sogar auch ein Flughafenshuttle für uns. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten uns auch bei Nachfrage Roller mieten - diese waren im Einwandfreien Zustand und alles klappe problemlos.

I just stayed in and looked at the beach…. So gorgeous. House was not cluttered which I liked very much. Quiet area.

Este departamento tiene la cama más cómoda y deliciosa que he probado en un Airbnb, las almohadas son perfectas y realmente logras tener pleno descanso, aparte de todo lo necesario te dejan un tratamiento y spray para el cabello absolutamente espectacular, como mujer lo agradecerás🤭👌🏻 El alojamiento de Nemo está perfectamente decorado, han cuidado cada atención al detalle, está súper limpio y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y más para una estadía placentera y cómoda🌿🐚🙌🏻 La lavadora/secadora son un mega plus cuando viajas por tantas semanas, cafetera con café para moler, té, condimentos básicos, cortinas black out, implementos básicos de limpieza, todo es absolutamente cómodo, el sofá, la TV, la aspiradora, el balcón, todo me encantó!!! Beautiful villa with a stunning view of the ocean in a peaceful and quiet area of Koh Samui. We felt right at home, as the villa was ready when we arrived. Fon welcomed us personally even in heavy rain, and arranged us airport taxi. There’s also an air conditioning in the main living/ kitchen area, which wasn’t mentioned in the listiny which is a huge plus. The beds are comfy and bed linens are kept squeaky clean, as well the bathrooms. Huge patio with Infinity pool is great for the evenings. Fon also arranged motorbikes rental for us - delivered directly to villa and returned at the villa - super convenient. Fon was very helpful during the whole stay and always responded on the phone when we needed her help. We stayed during the New Year Eve and had a great view of the fireworks around villa directly from the pool. We highly recommend this villa to everyone not afraid of location up in the hills - easily accessible by motorbike or SUV. Thanks for lifetime memories !

Stop searching — this is the place. You don’t need to waste time debating it, because trust me: this condo/boutique hotel is everything an Airbnb should be. It’s spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located — safe, walkable, and beautifully designed inside and out. The interior decor is stunning, the landscaping immaculate, and the beach and pool absolutely pristine. Add in 24/7 security and freshly made daily breakfast, and it truly feels like home — only better. The entire team offers the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a lasting impression. My family and I felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Highly, highly recommend. 12/10!

Cette villa est un véritable havre de paix et de beauté. La villa, la vue, le jardin sont encore plus beaux que sur les photos (c'est dire !). La plage est à quelques mètres à pied, la vue est sublime et la piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques et très bien équipés. Plusieurs restaurants de plage charmants sont accessibles à pied. La villa est parfaitement équipée et nettoyée quotidiennement. Venus en famille avec des enfants de 5 et 8 ans tout le monde a adoré son séjour. Une mention spéciale pour Khon Phorn qui a été toujours d'une grande aide et d'une parfaite réactivité que ce soit pour un conseil, une commande de taxi ou la réservation d'un massage à la villa. Bref, si vous voulez séjourner au calme et dans un cadre somptueux c'est là qu'il faut aller !

We flew here from america for a bachelor party and saw this place on the app, and thought it was a perfect place to land at the island. Not only was it just like the pictures, the staff here got us everything we needed to either have food made for us everyday throughout our stay Or knew exactly where to go for all the hotspots. Not only that, but they had transport to anywhere on the island and also knew everywhere to go. From relaxing in the sun or out of the sun, this house had it all. We stayed for about a week and never once got bored. The view from the villa has to be one of the best on the island. The hardest part about everything was leaving. thank you so much for making this The most memorable trip with my friends! And we will see you again next year 🤙🏽

We had a lovely stay at the villa! There are two good bars/restaurants at both sides of the villa and if you like they deliver food and drinks to you at "home". The beach front and ocean view is extreme lovely you live direct at the beach. If you are looking for a complete private stay, you should know that direct at the front of the villa there are a google photo spotlight (the palms), a jetski area at the right side and soft background music from one of the restaurant next door, so its always something happening around the villa, but we didn't had a problem with it. It is not crowded, but people are walking around at the beach, climbing at the palms taking photo, eating at the restaurant and taking a swim direct at the beachfront near you. If you take a walk along the beach you will find other bars and restaurants, a short walk it's a night market whit good food and drinks, open till 22.00 We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

My wife, young son, and I had a wonderful stay here. The home is cosy, clean and well equipped and has an outstanding outdoor area with plenty of areas to relax and a beautiful view. There is also immediate access to the beach. It feels very quiet and secluded. There is a wonderful massage place just 30 seconds walk away, where we all enjoyed a family massage a few times, and several amazing restaurants within a short walk, and a little grocery store 2 mins walk away. The staff at the facility are outstanding, and very warm and hospitable. We were really touched by the warmth and kindness shown to us and were sad to leave. There is also a wonderful pool in the facility too, surrounded by tropical greenery. It feels away from the hustle and bustle more west of the location. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here and would be happy to return.

We loved the place, absolutely beyond what we expected. Breakfast was absolutely Wonderfull and a wide spread, staff was super friendly. The pool and beach was beautiful, the resort itself is a bit expensive but there are so many places close to visit that you do not have make use of the restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone.

I will definitely recommend that place to anyone how would like to fell like a pirate on a luxury ship. Amazing place with spectacular view and Host . Highly recommended to everyone. Will definitely come back .

Le paradis! Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis. La villa se trouve dans un résidence joliment arborée, la vue sur la mer et le couché du soleil sont sublimes. La piscine à débordement est suffisamment grande pour nager. Les chambres et les salles de bain sont jolies et vastes, la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Le séjour s'ouvre entièrement, donnant l'impression d'être dehors, au dessus de la mer. Service parfait, un monsieur passe matin et soir pour nettoyer la piscine et la terrasse, ranger les chaises longues. Plusieurs dames préparent et servent un petit déjeuner très copieux et diversifié, soucieuses des goût de chacun. Notre fille ne mange pas de gluten, elles ont toujours fait très attention, et elles ont réussi à lui faire plaisir chaque jour. Le ménage est quotidien et impeccable. Une voiture de location nous attendait sur le parking, pratique car la villa est au calme, mais éloignée des lieux touristiques, il y a de bons restaurants sur la plage en dessous.

Es gibt einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix sowie einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Man kann die Gemeinschaftsküche und die Waschmaschine kostenlos benutzen, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben 🙏🏼
