House vacation rentals in Madrid

We were in Madrid for a few days to visit a friend's wedding and this apartment provided us a practical base. Enough big for 4 people, practical apartment. Transport to the airport and to the city centre with metro is easy and quick.

This home is beautiful. It is located in a gorgeous neighborhood and very private. The home is close to everything! There's a supermarket (Alcampo) within 8 mins. The mall there is nice too. Plenty of restaurants. You can grab an Uber to the city center (20 mins) or to a game: RealMadrid is 20 mins away and Atletico is 12 mins away. The pool is beautiful though it was too cold for us to use it. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer are all very convenient. Evelyn welcomed us nicely and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Alicia's home to anyone looking to be near everything yet far away from it all!

The house is beautiful, nicer than the pictures., spectacular. Very fast communication with hosts. Very good location, with a subway mouth 7 min walking. Very recommended! We'll be back!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, it lacks nothing, and Oscar is attentive to anything from check-in to checkout. Highly recommended apartment if you want to visit Madrid but want to rest in a quiet environment. And being able to travel with your pet makes it unbeatable!

Mario's flat is in a great location: a safe, quiet neighborhood near public trans and lots of places to eat (grocers, restaurants, bars) so you won't go hungry. His flat is not a dedicated rental but actually where his family lives so it definitely has a "lived-in" feel with lots of decorations, toys and knick knacks. Though it has a lot of furnishings, it's so open, spacious and full of windows and light. You'll definitely have room to stretch and move around :) Even better is his warm hospitality, quick response and customer service. He had suggestions for local eateries and shops, and when there were issues with bedding or supplies he replied quickly and resolved everything satisfyingly. He even made a delicious local dish as a warm welcome!! With such a lovely flat and welcoming, thoughtful host, this home is a definite recommend. I'd gladly return on my next visit to Madrid. Ramón's apartment is literally as described. It's an oasis you don't expect to find in the middle of a city like Madrid. He was always attentive to our needs and was very attentive and friendly with us! We would definitely love to come back!

The apartment is just as described in the photos . It is intimate and everything is super new . decorated to detail and a point in favor being able to go with our dogs . The jacuzzi is wonderful and the explanations to know how things work very well and very explicit. A 10 will definitely be back . Thank you very much

The contact with Mario was very easy and direct. He gave all kinds of tips and a good description of how to get in. If you come for a busy environment with lots of entertainment, then you are clearly not looking for such a place. However, if you are looking for a nice place to relax and want to explore the Spanish hinterland, it is ideal. Everything is as mentioned, it is spotless and even some extras are offered. I myself was here only one night, because I was in transit, but to relax and unwind it is ideal. Would therefore highly recommend it!

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Eduardo was helpful and left all the information very clearly. The location is excellent, there are parking spaces on the street and it was also very easy and quick to get to the center by bus that stops almost at the door. There are also shops nearby, a market, a pharmacy and good bars. We took advantage of the outdoor area for a pleasant breakfast, it was a pity we didn't have time to ride a bike, since the surroundings are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

The place is a fantastic house. The garden with pool is wonderful. Nice lighting for the evening. The bathrooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. That's how to enjoy a vacation. Recommended 110%. Manuel was always very attentive and pleasant. He responds quickly and gave us the facilities we needed. It was a pleasure to have enjoyed our stay with the family at this place. Really charming stay. The wooden cottage is cared for in detail, with great care and with everything you need to enjoy it to the fullest. The outdoor space is amazing, perfect for relaxing, and the large windows allow a lot of natural light to enter, which makes everything even more cozy. Definitely a wonderful experience. Thanks to Samuel for being attentive at all times and making the stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Laura is a great host; she receives you personally, has answers to all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is conveniently located for a large part of the city center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully there. The decor is super luxurious and clean. Folding out the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

We stay in this apartment for 11 days and it seemed like a super apartment/casita. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the services by hand and direct transport to the center and points of interest of Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and they will move for anything you need also always with a smile and heart. Regarding the apartment it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your house. A small but super functional bathroom and a fairly good shower with pressure, good hot water and different water exit modes. It has a very practical patio and very comfortable to enjoy the sun, tend clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, ironing, cleaning, towels and sheets to spare... Spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't get cold or hot thanks to the heating you can manage yourself. We recommend it to 100%

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Maria was a great host and the apartment was very spacious for a large group. It was located conveniently to travel back and forth to the tourist sites around town. The area isn’t in the best of neighborhoods but was very peaceful. Parking for a large car can be challenging but the apartment is a corner lot which makes it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very beautiful, located in an unbeatable area. We walked perfectly and ate at the restaurants in the area. The apartment is more beautiful in person than in photos and María Elena is a sweetheart.

The place was super close to metro so you could cone and go easily. The place was spacious and the rooms were all very clean and comfortable.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !
