Tuvimos una hermosa estancia en Madrid, gracias a el departamento y la atención de Andres que fue muy amable, hasta me fue a buscar cuando llegué cerca del alojamiento porque estaba perdida y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. El departamento muy limpio, bien equipado y cómodo en todo sentido, a metros de el Sol, lo que nos permitió movernos con facilidad por Madrid. Sin dudas volvería alquilarlo en el próximo viaje a Madrid. Muchas gracias Andres!!!

Angel was a friendly and very responsive host who communicated very well and was so proactive with offering directions, restaurants etc and checking in that all was going well during our stay. The apartment is very well located, close to supermarkets and metro, suburban and long distance rail stations and close to all the main sights in Madrid. Having a washing machine in the apartment was also a huge plus for us as we’d been travelling for quite some time and it was great to get the laundry up to date. We would thoroughly recommend Angel’s apartment if you are planning on staying in Madrid.

El apartamento nos resultó muy cómodo y tenia todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera, además de estar muy bien ubicado. Manuela se mostró muy predispuesta y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Es para volver!

Super cute terrace was a highlight of the apartment for sure. Overall was a lovely place and central/walkable to many things!

L'appartement se trouve en plein centre, avec toutes les commodités à proximité, dans un quartier très vivant. Situé au 1er étage, il est spacieux, lumineux et une fenêtre du séjour s'ouvre sur une place. Nous avons passé 8 nuits dans cet appartement qui est parfait pour un couple. La décoration est agréable, la cuisine et la salle de douche-WC sont bien agencées. Petit bémol, la salle de douche et le WC sont commandés par la chambre, ce qui pourrait créer un inconfort au-delà de deux personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la souplesse de Enrique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable et nous le recommandons aux couples qui souhaitent se trouver en plein centre de Madrid.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in a superb walkable location with lots of beautiful restaurants nearby. The apartment is exactly like the photos, kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and had all the amenities you needed. Would definitely recommend and would use the apartment again when we next visit Madrid.

This is a lovely little apartment which is in a great location. it's walking distance to many sights like the Palace, Plaza Mayor and Sol and also just round the corner from a metro stop if you want to go by train.

We loved our stay in Madrid. The Airbnb was in the perfect location. It is centrally located and surrounded by many restaurants and bars, an easy walk to all the main sites of Madrid. It was clean, comfortable and had fast WiFi. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid!

A wonderful apartment right in the heart of Madrid. Fernando and Maria were wonderful hosts. Gave us great suggestions and were incredibly responsive. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet and we had everything we needed to make our stay so memorable. We loved being in the heart of Madrid and immerse ourselves in the fantastic bars, shops restaurants and historical sights. Would not hesitate to go back again.

O apartamento tem o tamanho ideal para um casal, com diversas comodidades. A localização é excepcional. Cama confortável com roupas de cama de excelente qualidade. Ótimo chuveiro e toalhas de banho muito boas. Nader foi sempre muito gentil comigo e meu marido. Recomendo a acomodação!!

We were a couple who stayed at Alvaro’s place and it was a great stay. The apartment is clean and modern, clutter free. The apartment is in the La Latina neighborhood where there are countless amazing restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away! You’re away from the crowds and hustle but close enough to get to gran via and other major attractions. Everything was within a 25 minute walk and we only had to use uber when we were on the outskirts of the city. We had a minor problem and Alvaro was very understanding and communicated promptly. When we’re back in Madrid we will be looking to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The location of the apartment is amazing , steps away from marvelous museums and superb restaurants. Flat has everything you need for comfortable stay, quiet and cozy. Lluvia and Kevin are great hosts, caring, kind, proactive and immediately responsive to questions. Special thanks to Kevin ( he is awesome)for meeting us at the airport, giving a lot of helpful information and local recommendations.

Location was perfect. It was a bit confusing to find at first since we were driving, but once we located it the location was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. The place was clean and Carlos’ pre checkin communication and instructions were perfect. The only issue was it takes the air a while to cool off. We were there while Madrid was having a heat wave so the AC struggled a bit to overcome the heat. We learned to shut the blinds while we were out and about during the day which Ed helped. Loved our stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Alicia et Juan qui est conforme aux photographies : grand, composés de beaux espaces hauts de plafond, entièrement imaginé et conçu par un artiste, le père d'Alicia, dont les œuvres sont partout. C'est à la fois un appartement très original et très agréable à vivre, confortable et parfaitement équipé.

El departamento es hermoso, decorado con muy buen gusto, acogedor. Creímos que iba a ser un poco oscuro pero nada que ver, es súper luminoso. Muy espacioso y muy cómodo, cálido, con todo lo necesario. En un lugar estratégico a pocos metros de la plaza mayor. Nos llamó la atención lo silencioso que es estando en pleno centro. Un lugar muy íntimo ya que por las ventanas nadie te puede ver. Muy útil que tenga ascensor. Rosario fue muy amable y la comunicación fue impecable. Lo recomiendo y sin dudas volvería!

Amazing place to stay at, I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb! It is in the heart of Madrid and had great restaurants and stores within 15 minutes. I plan to stay here again in the near future as it was a great location. The hosts are incredible people!

The apartment was just as depicted in the photos. We were welcome by Clara’s aunt who is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in an area with multiple restaurants. We ate at Txirimiri and Pintxolari restaurants, both on Calle Ferraz and found the food good. There is a good pizza place “Sasa Pizza” a few block up from the apartment and Cafe 31 on the corner has nice pastries and breakfast sandwiches. The apartment is walkable to Gran Via (10 minutes) and Centro Madrid (30 minutes), but plenty of Taxi’s in the city and rates are reasonable. Clara is very responsive when you have a question, really cares about her guests.

Todo impecable, el lugar limpio, accesible, la gente nos recibió re bien. a Saulo y Pilar nunca los conocí, pero quienes trabajan con ellos que nos recibieron y nos contestaron siempre todas las consultas, todo muy bien. Super recomiendo ! El agua de la ducha salía hermosa, todo equipado y cómodo.

Maria was an absolutely wonderful host - very responsive and helpful! She arranged a cot for my 20 month toddler and also allowed us a late checkout so he could have a nap before we left. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here - with all amenities in the place! Highly recommend the neighbourhood too!
